I am ALWAYS greeted with a friendly smile and EXCELLENT Customer Service whenever I visit this bagel store. The manager Lori and assistant manager Claire are so sweet and friendly to everyone. They also remember my “special” order every time I come in! I just love the food here - Would definitely Highly Recommend!
I visited this location while traveling for a business trip for a week. I gave them my business for two days of this trip and both times at different times of the day a lady with blonde hair was very nasty and rude and was walking around like she didn't want to be at work and the person at the register I think her name was Clair was very snappy and rude and rolled her eyes as I was asking a question about when the orange juice was poured and stated that if I didn't believe her answer I didn't have to buy it and proceeded to argue with me. I will NEVER give my business or money to this business EVER again especially after being a DM in the food industry this is very unacceptable. They need to change management and get nicer staff clearly they don't need to be employees of this franchise. The other staff members (2 males and the other female) were okay but those other ones named and described need to be removed immediately.

I was a little confused because I got a turkey egg cheese bagel with no egg and unfortunately it was like 6$ but I take partial blame as I didn’t check my slip. Overall thought the bagel was still very tasty.

One of the most delicious breakfast bagels I’ve had. Nice variety of gourmet bagels to purchase. Their bagel sandwiches are definitely the best I’ve had and they cut them in half for ease of eating! The composition of the bagel sandwich was perfectly executed. Delicious and creamy, while not soggying the bagel itself. Solid structural integrity of the sandwich. Super delicious cream cheese selection. The honey sriracha was my favorite.The staff were all very helpful and friendly too. Very nice and welcoming!!I’ll be getting all my bagels from here from now on! The prices are also quite reasonable. Bakers dozen is ~13$. Great treat for grabbing some bagels for when family is in town from here.
