Tried going on my lunch break but we sat there for 16 minutes and watched another table (that came in after us) get their drinks and order. The waitress came over and pointed at the QR on the table and said “You can order here” then walked away. We ended up leaving because i had to get back to work. I also tried calling to talk to a manager and someone answered then hung up. I wish I could give 0 stars.

today we came in for happy hour and the BOGO deal. first I would like to say the facility was so clean! Also my server ASHLEY P was absolutely AMAZING not only did she constantly check up on us but also made sure our food was hot and my drinks came out in a timely matter! Give this girl a raise! We need more servers like her. We will be returning.

They got my pickup order correct, which is a small blessing considering there wasn't a single staff member visible in the entire place when I went to pick up. I wandered the front a bit until I found my order sitting on a rack with my name on it, so I just took it and left.Fries were stale. Wings were rubbery. Small portions - the photo shows what apparently qualifies as a "boneless wing" - not even a bite, really. I've seen bigger mcnuggets. Such a shame.

Ordered 3 beers and all out of stock, we ordered wings at the same time, and mine came 15 minutes later, and the honey siracha that we ordered was not what he got , even though that’s what the sticker stated. Over and over we were disappointed in time and quality and price. Do not recommend.
This is unacceptable for the price yall charging wings are old and dried out fried old and cold didn’t get all the order it’s a shame you all can’t follow simple instructions it’s chicken….. it’s been a while since I have eaten here and it will be my last

Service at this location sucks!!!! Waitress had a bad attitude, wouldn’t acknowledge that my coworker and I had been waiting a while or give us any updates regarding our order. Seems like everyone in the atmosphere had a problem here today for lunch!! I HIGHLY recommend to not visit this site!!

This restaurant is completely self-serve. You order from a QR code, seat yourself & refill your own drinks. Whoever the waitress Valissa is, works almost nightly but clearly favors particular patrons over others. The experience is just weird.
