Outstanding! Daytime bartender 5 stars on our takeout orders. No alcohol purchase. Nachos, ribs, buffalo chicken wrap, hamburgers all 5 stars! Highly recommend!

Today was the worst restaurant experience I've ever experienced. Never can I recall waiting 20 min after food was served for utensils on top of napkins and drinks..... But too top it off. I order a steak (med ) it came with a napkin on the plate to absorb the grease... The steak tasted like it fried.. Needless to say I couldn't even finish my food I was disgusted.. My wife was in ahhh bc not once have I not finished a meal .. .. Poor service and horrible food... I really feel out of character bc I've never left a bad review but this was absolutely disappointing...

Wait staff does not know how to take orders and present food in order-appetizers, then entrees. Stated they put order in all together. Offered a subs for side and then when they brought the exact thing we didn’t want, didn’t offer to get anything else. Didn’t bring all parts of meal, didn’t follow up. When I asked to speak to manager, didn’t ask me what the problem was, no resolution of issue. Don’t worry we won’t be back.
OK place. The selection of beers is limited. Snacks were good.

At first we thought that the place was closed as there were no cars in the parking lot. Once we got in, it was nice. We each had a different burger and they were all good. A little skimpy on the fries though.

We came to watch the UNC Duke game and were not impressed. The lemon drop martinis we ordered came out half full (picture below)- serving cocktails like this isn't really acceptable. It looked like they put a lemon drop shot into a martini glass & called it a martini. The other cocktail we ordered (spicy Marg) was also not great and tasted like it was full of sour mix even though the menu said fresh lime juice. I don't expect great craft cocktails at the Ale House but I at least expect them to be a full drink. The food was okay, nachos were decent but could use more cheese. The person I was with ordered tacos and said they weren't great. The waitress was nice though.

Attention to detail is not great here…. They always forget my sauce. I shouldn’t even have to pay for them for a meal that should already include sauce (chicken tenders) Also didn’t include any plasticware I asked for.
