This is an occurring offense, and its honestly bewildering.I've ordered online, multiple times at that, and almost everytime (almost because 1 time they got it right.) they get it wrong.I'll order 1 large fry, and then 1 small or medium. Every single time, they would give the small/medium, but never the large. On multiple occasions. So, I'd have to go through the whole process, get a free coupon (no, not a refund.) , use it, and STILL not get the fry.At this point its concerning, I assumed they thought it was a mistake because I'd order 1 meat item. But this time when I ordered 2 so they wouldn't think it was a mistake, they still messed up my order!Again , this is a REOCCURRING problem, that hasn't happened only once out of the 4 times I've done delivery.I'm concerned at the fact that the staff here seems to always make the EXACT same mistake, without fail. A+ for being consistent with your mistakes, F for never fixing it!^^

Terrible layout makes it hard to get in the drivethrough, many people almost crash. Then once you're in you're trapped. So if they are running slow, you can't leave. I have been stuck 2 different times in this drive thru for nearly 30 min. And then they only gave me part of my order. The people have been nice, but the staff is not prepared for a rush. And another thing, they make their staff stand outside their entire shift whether it is freezing or super hot. They don't switch them out or take turns and that's just cruel in my opinion. It costs nothing to take turns. That just don't sit right with me.

The waffle fries are always great! But that day, the chicken was not cooked all the way seem like it was too mushy.Dietary restrictions: If you were doing a dietary restriction diet, you could definitely eat here.
Bacon on breakfast sandwich was rancid. Couldn't even eat it. A very poor Chick-fil-A experience. I was not able to return the sandwich as I had another appointment. I will not go back to this store.

I’m usually not one to leave bad reviews since I work in the service industry BUT wow today was interesting. I’ve come to this location multiple times. Usually in the morning and even though it’s breakfast hours they would still be ok with doing a chicken strips meal. But today I was told by one person that I was lying about that and then she stormed off. And here’s the thing I never once raised my voice or was rude I just calmly stated “oh theyve done it before.” So the first person walks off and then someone else comes again and says it’s never happened…I live around the block I loved coming here. They’ve done it. But again I’m told I’m a liar, and dismissed and I can literally hear both of them talking trash about me so…I won’t come to this location anymore. I appreciate the people that have given great service multiple times I’ve been there. But be warned
