I ordered a quesadilla explosion salad yesterday and I received this order without the quesadillas. This was a to go order and I was really looking forward to have this salad with the quesadillas.

The waiter, Jada was really good and even though the took a hour to arrive, she gave us deals and payed for the food. We were trying to give her a tip but the most we had was a 20. Two of the people in our party of 4 got the wrong food items. One asked for plain chicken tenders and they came out with sauce. One has a trio and they forgot the shrimp. She also said no sour cream, but extra guac ns still for the sour cream. The adult beverage has to be asked for again, as it wasn't brought to table. A lemonade took a while to brought to the table. Two people asked for a sugar substitute and the server had to be reminded of it. The servers iPad died, so we were charged twice for an item, which was promptly removed. The server, Jada, was very attentive and helpful in all of the above situations, which were likely out of her control.Parking: There was lots of parking.

Everything was wonderful today at Chili's. I had 8 PC boneless wings, honey chipotle with a side salad, and the Spicy Rita. He had 12 bone-in wings Nashville hot and honey siracha. Our server was awesome and took great care of us, making sure we had everything we needed.

Can’t place a star for a food because the hostess never came to seat us. She walked around the restaurant glancing over at us standing at the door for 10 minutes. Of course the guests that came in after we were leaving, she hurriedly came over to seat them!

We just stopped on for drinks and a chat. The place wasn't that busy when we were there, so we could hear each other easily. Our server was really good and had just the right amount of checking on us periodically. Overall a good place to visit.

My family and I recently dined at Chili's, and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. While the food was passable, the cheddar and jalapeno sausage lacked the grilled flavor we expected and seemed to have been either boiled or microwaved, appearing shriveled and old. My husband even found it disgusting. Moreover, the service was abysmal. Despite the restaurant not being busy, our server seemed overwhelmed, neglecting our table multiple times. We had to flag down another server just to get drink refills and to-go boxes. As someone who has worked in the industry, I understand the importance of honest reviews, and unfortunately, I can't recommend Chili's based on this visit.
Jacob help seal the deal!!! I came in after work and no wait but they were getting ready to seat a 17 party. Hostess’s state the guy would be my waiter I sat for about 10 minutes, needless to say he went straight to the part and never acknowledged me. Jacob the manager came and took my order and took care of me. Great job

Make sure your to go orders are complete they,will forget stuff i don't know if its on purpose or they actually forgot but on a menu it tells you what comes with it and still forget? I have never gotten food to go and they put extra in my bag but i gotten food to go here and they forgot to put food stuff in my

Had the worst experience I've ever had at any Chili's. My boyfriend and I both had the ribeye. His was so fatty and mine had to be sent back because it came out med well when I ordered med rare. We ordered chicken wing app and they where so tuff u could barely chew them without ur jaw hurting. The bartender seemed to be more interested in her phone than her job. I had a gift card I'd reserved as a Xmas gift from employer that I'd been holding on to. I spent $90 on a meal I wouldn't even feed my dog. Oh and with all the problems not once did a manager come to table

Just quit there but nastier kitchen then a mcds?? so many health violations. Half of every1s high all the time . I was a dishwasher yet they cared more about speed over quality of cleanliness. Very immature staff and very low hygiene by staff. Very rude management that smell like musty dog water. I watched them take food off the ground and serve it.

Be careful when you pay they add more stuff on your check and now with the screen monitor that they have they don’t let you review you receipt and then when you get home and look at you email or whatever it’s too late now they still $10-$20 it’s not worth it to go back and claim because the people were there. I hope karma get it later on.
