Every time I’ve been here the person behind the glass was wearing headphones and couldn’t hear anything we ordered, had to shout what we wanted, then they’d get the order wrong anyway. Instead of re-making what they messed up, they’d poorly try to scrape out the wrong ingredient, along with half my meal, then get an attitude when we said something about it. I won’t ever go back, just warning rest of you all before you go.

This Chipotle is pathetic. It’s unfortunate that this is the only one close enough to my job. Every time I come here on lunch, it’s always something. My boyfriend says that the to-go food is great, which I don’t doubt. However, every time I stand in line for a dine-in order, the employees act like it’s their first day working there. How do you not know the names of the ingredients that you work with on a daily basis? There is no sense of urgency, no sense of customer service, and no basic competency. If an ingredient runs out while you are in line, they will make you stand there and wait for it to be ready, cooking and chopping and all. Even if the line is 12 people deep. And I’m convinced not a single person knows how to use the register. This review is a compilation of at least a dozen visits before I felt the need to post something. Do better.

I went to order my lunch and asked for a tortilla on the side ad she said the hot press is down so I can't have one, I asked if I could have just a tortilla and she said I can order it online because the "online order" press is working. There wasn't a line at the time so I don't see why they couldn't have heated my tortilla over there or even gave me an unheated tortilla. Nevertheless I placed an order for a single tortilla online. Thanks chipotle

So sick of going into the chipotle at Southpark mall in the evening! They always run out of stuff by the time evening comes! I always get a veggie bowl and there was no more corn today there was no more guacamole today! And I still have to pay full price for a bowl that doesn’t have all the ingredients that I like! I don’t care if you have a gallon of guacamole leftover at the end of the day that you have to throw out, you need to have enough made that you can serve every customer up until five minutes to 8 when you close!! From now on, if I am in the mall in the evening, I will walk into chipotle and see if they are out of anything that I want and if they are, I will eat somewhere else! It is absolutely ridiculous. It happens every single time I’m there in the evening!
I came in here for my very first time at a chipotle and the guy at the counter was rushing me with the order, I could barely understand him!! When I asked for beef in my burrito he reached for steak. I asked for beef and he had the audacity to say "steak is beef." What?! If I wanted steak I'd ask for steak, if I wanted beef I'd ask for beef. I ordered two burritos and the total was 38 dollars!!! Moes will give you two entire beef guacamole burritos, and all that PLUS CHIPS AND A DRINK for 20 dollars!!! Plus, Moes clearly knows the difference between steak and beef. This place didn't come with chips/salsa or a drink, you have to ask specifically for it and they will charge you extra! Will never come here again, f you chipotle suck my w e e n

Food was fine. Service however was not. How do you only have one person on the line making everything? Not only did he have to start the bowl, but he also had to do toppings and the cashier stood around and did not do anything to expedite. On the line they were out of everything and no one was helping refill anything. I was 3rd in line and it took about 20 minutes to finally get my bowls started. This the 3rd chance I have given this chipotle location and I can't return.

We went on Friday to buy food, terrible service, they put the food with shame, very little rice and very little of everything, but unfortunately they are racist because they gave other people behind me more of everything, I felt decriminated but I will never go again to buy food there is bad service poor people who are going to buy there and the bowls are so expensive
