Growing up I remember chuke e cheese to be one of the best places of my childhood memories but all that has ended on march 29 on a Friday when I took my son to enjoy his birthday but ended up being the worst day ever when I walk in there my plan is to pay for a party packet deal and just have a good time with my son and his two sisters and me and her dad but instead I was just disappointed and over priced for no reason at all I could’ve just went somewhere else smh I asked the Manager which was a girl it was around 6:30 I went in and asked if I could do a party packet for just 5 people she looked at me crazy and said they are not doing party packets at that time but that I can do a “walk in “ I asked her what is that she replied with I could buy a cake and a pizza and a game card with 120 points and that it would actually come out cheaper so I agreed and did that but when she charged me it came out even more expensive then a party packet I was shocked but since it was my sons birthday I did it anyways but lord how I regretted that because the pizza was cold the cake was horrible with no candles there was no music playing the puppets on the stage were not dancing the employees were rude and made me feel like I was a bother to them cause it seemed like they didn’t even want to be at work and I was just so confused as to why for one she said i couldn’t get a party packet if but ended up paying more as a walk in ? to me that is a rip off and I want my money back I tried calling corporate many time and no one answers the phone I am so disappointed and so mad

I hadn’t been to a Chuck E. Cheese in years, and I was happy to see that this location still had animatronics (although they weren’t moving). I was also happy to see they had the Luigi’s Mansion Arcade game. Although I wasn’t there for very long, I still enjoyed my visit.

Utter and pure racism at this location. FRANCISCO should be ashamed of himself for the way he treats minority customers as a minority himself. Shame on him for being judgmental, discriminative, and purely racist to minority customers. I will never come to this location. Supervisors, please train and reprimand staff for their mistreatment of customers. What a terrible experience. Corporate has been notified of Francisco’s disgusting behavior.

My granddaughter celebrated her one year birthday here and it’s been over 30 years since I’ve been here. It was different and a bit congested. Tables too close together. My granddaughter’s mother had to keep going to the host for the services that supposedly were to be performed with the reservation. We were all working this event serving, cleaning, ordering food, etc. Chuck E performance seemed….ummmm let’s just say short with not much engagement as I recalled. If it wasn’t for the games, the kids wouldn’t not have had a good time. Prices for additional food was unreal.

I had my 13 Birthday Recently here and i live far away once I knew they had amatronics here I knew I had to book my birthday here and my parents did The games were fun the prizes were cool and I recommend going I will go next year if I can but why were the amatronics not playing?

I’m impressed, they let me on stage, and I took photos of the bots before they destroy them,at least save the hat of Jasper and the guitar and sell them or parts of the bots on eBay, the pizza was delicious, this is probably the last time I’m going because is 4 hr drive and probably the next time I come there is gonna be no more animtroncis

I brought my grandson to this location for his birthday. The store has not been remodeled. I called ahead to make sure Chucky would be there to come out. We arrive and are told they do not have the staffing for Chucky to come out. This location was the worst and I feel as if it ruined my grandsons birthday! I would have driven to the Raleigh location had they not lied about Chucky coming out. Don’t waste your time nor money at the one in Durham!Parking: Plenty of parking

We went there for my nephew’s Birthday party today and my son had a blast. The staff were super friendly and went out of there way making my son cotton candy an just making the whole event wonderful. The food was delicious compliments to the chef, the supreme pizza is on point i highly recommend ordering. I even ordered one to go it was so good. Lol I would have taken a picture of it but my family couldn’t wait when we got home.Kid-friendliness: The staff were all Super friendly with the kids an made all of them feel included especially when it came to singing the happy birthday song.
