First time and last time going to a Five Guy's I should have looked at what they put on an all the way "hot dog". Being from the south where this particular restaurant is most people assume all the way means mustard, ketchup, onions, and chili without beans, and that's it. When I unwrapped it what I saw made me nauseous. Some people may like this overpriced and badly prepared food, but I will never be one of them.

My 1st time at Five Guys. The “little” fries are actually like a large order of fries. The cheeseburger comes with double meat. . A strawberry shake and an all beef hot dog ( they ran out of hot dog buns so they serve it in burger bun - not the same at all. For a price tag of $27.86 I think the competitor gives you a better deal like “Andys Cheesesteaks & cheeseburgers” or Cook Out, or Char Grill Burgers for 1/2 the price - sorry 5 guys.

SLOW SLOW SLOW!!!! I get there 30 min after I PRE ORDERED online and order still isn’t ready!! Hire new people, I have nothing against people from another country, but there’s a language barrier that makes it hard for me to get my order.
Make sure you yell *very* loudly when you enter if you have a pickup order, or otherwise make them aware you're present.If they don't think you're there, they won't even try to call your name.Just ordered online and just had the second time I've stood for over 20 minutes while my food has been sitting ready 5 feet behind the pickup counter. This time even after I had talked to an employee behind the counter and made it very clear I was here, and even pointed at my bag sitting ready (and waited for another 10 min after before going back up again).I don't like to raise my voice, especially toward service workers even if it's polite like to yell I'm here for my order (as I also selected on the app after I had arrived), but you really gotta get in their faces here to make them realize you're not sitting at the pickup counter to casually chat lol

WOW. So first thing I notice in a business is cleanliness. This place despite having fresh peanuts for you to snack on while waiting for your order was wonderfully clean. Even the floors were almost spotless. There was an employee wiping tables frequently. We were also immediately greeted with a warm greeting and a smile. Our order was taken very quickly and I loved hearing the commodore between the employees! Oh and by the way, we come here solely for the CRISPY BLTs!! They are SO GOOD!
