I love Geer St! My inclination would be to keep this place to myself but the secret is out.Great for late nite or brunch. If it’s packed food can be ordered at the bar. ALWAYS ask about the drink specials.

We went on a whim for lunch and it was terrific! The host was so welcoming and helped us get our stroller to the patio. The heated covered patio is perfect, especially if you have kids. The food was delicious and great portions. I had the Cobb Salad and my husband had a fried fish dish. Our waiter wasn’t the best, but she was nice enough. We plan to return!

In town from Portland for work. A colleague took us here for beer and food. The fish tacos were good and the beer was great . Will go back if I'm in the RTP/RDU area again.

I had the kung pao chicken and it was not good. Honestly, things have to be pretty bad for me not to eat. I can't figure out what was so off about it but it even made the water taste bad. I picked through it to find the peanuts and chicken. I did not bring it up with the staff so I feel a little bad to review it negatively. I'm going to assume they would have tried to make things right. That said, they also didn't ask when I finished with a picked through plate. They are doing construction all around outside which isn't under their control. I hope they get many new patrons when the apartments finish.

Food tried too hard. Over spiced, overly elaborate, way over priced. We visited during "Chinese Week". Wontons were soggy, too salty. Should stick to a simple bar menu. Staff was really sweet though and the atmosphere would have been great for a college night out.

Thank you Jackie for helping us find a creative way to elevate my partner's leg (she had surgery on her knee and keeping it elevated helps it heal) while we sat at the picnic bench tables outside! You were so helpful and made us feel welcome here :)

Food was great, The only thing I have issues with is the bartender didn't ask if i'd like a refill of my sweet tea but that's no biggie.....
