I had high hopes for this place but they disappointed me a little. I got the chocolate chip something.. milkshake I think. Presentation was amazing. I had chocolate sprinkles instead of chocolate chips on the outside of my cup, it definitely makes a difference. I believe was ice cream was over blended, tasted like milk instead of a shake. The whip topping melted extra fast, not a disaster fact but it did play apart in my rating. And the worst part was that the one cookie you get with this thing … was hella stale. You can’t do that Honey, at minimum ingredients have to be fresh ?. Anywho, I was going to recommend my friends but not sure if it was worth a second go at it. If anyone goes please let me know if this was just a one off!

Maggie: it was great! They have ginormous samples for trying flavors. It is awesome. It's kind of a hidden destination so look around. PS: if you get a flavor like pineapple, mango or guava then it shall taste like sorbet. Pineapple, mango and guava are really good flavors. Try them!

Came in late like 20 minutes before they closed and they still served us. We had 4 orders and they were patient while figuring out what we wanted, kind, helpful, and it was delicious. 10/10 for a sweet tooth crave and for sweet customer service.

I was craving ice cream and this place popped up in my search results. If it hadn't I might not have stopped here just driving by. However, after stopping here I am very glad to have done so. Not much to look at hence the loss of a star, but the food is great!

I definitely don’t think it’s a 5 star establishment but did give it 3 stars (The rating is more for customer service than quality ice cream).Pros: Friendly staff, accommodating, made suggestions on what to getCons: ice cream coolers did not look clean, products were not properly closed, used cheaper product brands like Great Value, employees seemed a bit too young to run the store, did not have a good inventory systemWe spent a little over $9 on our purchase but ended up tossing the ice cream out. I spent another $9 at another ice cream parlor in the area to address the ice cream craving. The people are nice but I do not recommend this place.
