First time here, and I did a pickup order. The Aloha pineapple smoothie was very watery and flavorless. I guess since it had been in the fridge. I waited like 5 mins before someone came from the back to attend me as well. It was not a pleasant experience for my first time.

The customer service is "HORRIBLE"!!! Me and my daughter was walking through the door and as soon we step in, the cashier said "oh god", so me and my daughter left and went to Playa Bowl. My daughter was very happy about Playa Bowl. The customer service is 10x better. 3 weeks before I went in to order a smoothie the same cashier after cutting up the fruit was cussing and threw the knife?. If this is what you call good customer service I will no longer be going to jamba.

I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie add peanut butter. It was watery and had no taste. Got my daughter a banana and blueberry smoothie and she couldn’t eat hers either. I called the next day to see if they would remake the order and she stated no because I didn’t call the same day. I would not recommend anyone to go back there.

Came here not long ago on Saturday evening and only one person was running the this place and after I came with my kids it got packed with people and online orders. I think is name was manny he ran that rush like is was nothing to him. I feel like if he was working for me I would give him a raise or promotion after seeing him working like that.. and smoothies and the Bowles he made for me was wonderful. And I love his service.

Smoothies are great. About half of the employees are great. But if you get the few that aren't hitting on much, it's definitely a challenge to order from there. Watch the screen to make sure it's right.

Oh my!!! I am so happy a friend told me about this place. When I am in the mood for a really tasty smoothie I come here. It's located in a very popular place with limited parking so beware. Although parking can be a nightmare it's worth it! They sell smoothies, smoothie bowls and toast. They used quality ingredients and the staff is so sweet! The inside is cute and vibrant and makes you smile.

I paid $12.50 for a half way full dragon fruit bowl (see photos)..not to mention I ordered through Doordash, so ended up paying almost $20! This is unexceptable..just lost a customer.
