Today was the second time that I have waited and waited (over 5 minutes) for this same kid to greet me and take my order. Not another soul in line. For the second time in less than two weeks, he has stood with his back to the patrons while being unable to put down his phone. Two other employees stood talking to him. None of the three acknowledged me or asked if they could help me. After five minutes I walked out. Not to return! But thankfully, just down the sidewalk, Philly Steak was happy to get my business.
