First off, never go anywhere on Fayetteville st.But this place is overstaffed and everyone is moving slowly, the reason a lot of businesses fail in this country is places like thisNo hustle, top manager showing phone to employees, while the employees go as slow as possible on purpose acting like they can't be bothered

KFC has just changed so much. The biscuits are trash now. The mashed potatoes gotta be out of a box. The Cole slaw is still good and so are the pot pies. This location is close to the hood so expect hood

I placed an order online, and it stated that it was ready when I arrived it wasn't ready. Also, they didn't have the meat ready. The young lady stated that when I first arrived, she wasn't helping me in the front. The older lady was rude. I worked at a fast food and that wasn't it never again.

My car broke down in the drive thru lane. Instead of a hostile response, management stepped up and pushed my car out of the way, and since I am elderly, they checked on me later to make sure I was ok on a very very cold night.The chicken was hot and fresh. The dining room was clean. Inside and outside were secure at night. All of the employees smiled and acted courteously.Most surprisingly, more than 5 customers , all of whom did not appear to be affluent, also stopped to help and showed great empathy.In the midst of poverty and despair, GOD is in this place, Hayti!
Just wished that they would hire more respectful people, and I would go back more. Because I love KFC.Dietary restrictions: Can we please try seeing if the people would love to have gluten-free menu.

This place is pretty gross. A bunch of people thought it was closed because the door was stuck shut. We waited so long, that we ended up leaving. The arguments between the manager and customers made it a sketchy environment. Plus it was dirty and smelled terrible.

Went through the drive-thru, ordered a chicken pot pie and a famous bowl when I got to the window they instructed me they were out of the pot pies which was fine so I just asked him to make another famous bowl, he said that would be fine quickly handed me a bag a minute later, got home and they ended up just throwing coleslaw in 2 containers, they were laughing pretty hysterically when they handed me the bag which I didn't think anything of it at the time but obviously they knew what they were doing.
I used the drive through and though the worker was nice she got my order wrong twice. The French fries were not hot or fresh. I was disappointed because I use to love KFC but the quality of their food has gone down tremendously over the years. I think Im done with buying KFC for awhile.
WAS HORRIBLE. I didn't even wait to get my food. I placed an order online at 6:18. At 6:25 it says it's ready for pickup I get there it's 6:43 go thru drive thru for them to tell me to pick up inside, i go inside wait in line for 10 minutes while everyone is standing around just for them to tell me it's gonna be 15-20 minutes because they need to "drop the order" I say okay and wait in the car. As I'm waiting in the car not even 5 minutes later a HUGE RAT, looking like it came from NYC off the ninja turtles movie RUNS in the restaurant. I didn't even know we had those big of RATS in NC not a field mouse a HUGE RAT. I didn't even bother getting my food I want my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE

Quick, friendly service. Clean and well maintained dining area. Centrally located near downtown Durham and NCCU. They weren't very busy for dinnertime, seems like a good place to sit down for a quiet meal.Kid-friendliness: Chicken Nugget Kids Meals!
