Not impressed by Marcos at all. Ordered take out, got a pizza and a Buffalo chicken pizzoli. The pizzoli was not good at all. There was bacon or ham in it which was not specified on DoorDash, it was so soggy I couldn’t pick it up, and the cheese was not melted all the way. Waste of $9. The pizza was OK, nothing special. Took one bite and all the cheese on that slice came off with it. Only good thing was the crust.

Ordered a pizza, got a text saying it would arrive at x time, it never did, I was charged twice and the door dash tracker said they never even started making it.Edit: After 2 hours door dash showed driver going to the store and then the order was canceled. Really wasted my time and the driver's.Edit 2: when I called the next day they delivered my order.

I am highly disappointed in my visit yesterday. This location is close to my house and the food is always enjoyable until yesterday. I go home and open my food, as I pick up a piece of chicken it has hair on it. I call up to the store and notify them, a nice young lady picked up the phone and assured me that they can make me a new order. I drive up there and notify the cashier what I was waiting on, if you’ve been inside this location you know that it’s fairly compact. I can hear the cashier telling someone that I’m here for my remake order, the other person was loud and rouse stating “what”, “they’re here”? I was a bit confused on what the issue was but brushed it off. The associate then comes to me and is extremely rude, he does not greet me or apologize for the inconvenience of me having to come back up here. Instead he says “where are the wings”. I reply and tell him that I did not bring them with me, a took a picture and threw them out. He then tells me that he can’t do anything without me bringing the initial wings in. I’ve never heard of something like this, regardless I tell him that the young lady on the phone did not tell me that. While we “talking” he is cutting me off every 5 seconds to the point where I had to say “excuse me, I’m still talking”. He stated that me not bringing in the initial food would be me getting “free food”. I found that comment incredibly condescending. I told him it’s not “free food” if I paid for my order and have to come back because there was hair in it. I work in customer service myself and he was extremely rude, condescending and disrespectful. I asked him for his name and he stated “Carlos”. Moving forward I will no longer come to this location, I’m a paying customer and do not deserve to be spoken to like that from anyone. Very sad and distasteful service. I came back home and did not touch any of the other food I had initially ordered, the visit truly disgusted myself inside and out.

First time there. Went in, easy to order, very pleasant staff, pizza was ready in 10 minutes. Prices are very good and the pizza wasvery good. Would definitely return. Next time I'll order a Pizza Bowl. Sounds interesting.lParking: In a shopping center. Plenty of spots.

Marco's Pizza is located in Hope Valley Commons shopping center on Hwy 54 in Durham, NC. This is a take out location. On the menu is pizza, pizza bowls, subs, salads and chicken wings. On my most recent visit I ordered a pepperoni pizza. It was ready when I entered the store. The service from the employee was great. *Look at the paper plates before you request some*This place is usual my go to and I've never had an issue, but today when I picked my pizza up I noticed there was a nasty cell phone sitting on top of the uncovered paper plates that some unsuspecting customer was going to put their pizza on. I'm not sure if it belonged to the guy at the register, but he picked the phone up. Come on guys, you might as well had taken the plates in the bathroom stall with you.

If I could rated as 0 stars I would. The best part is we didn't even got to get the pizza, we order the pizza by phone and they told us would be ready on 25 minutes we came after the 25 minutes and they told us we we not added to the system and went a head and told us to wait 15 more minutes. After 45 minutes we asked and they told us they didn't even place us on the system, which means they even didn't start the pizzas, so proceed to ask to wait an hour more, would you have wait an hour more, well we didn't.
