Placed my order online after a bulls game (to give them time to prep). Wanted to eat in the restaurant (which was empty, as it turns out) and was told we couldn’t. Why? We’re paying the same restaurant, for the same food. Poor customer service… The food is good, but we won’t be back.

Our favorite place for pizza for years.Vegetarian options: Kosmic Karma pizza is vegetarian.
Overall this was a good experience. The Pizza was excellent. I got the great white and added roasted red peppers to it. Everything about it was tasty. When our party of 11 first got there they seated us in a side room that was blistering hot. We had to have the heaters turned off as it was a nice day out. Once the room cooled off that part was okay. I feel like this room was more of a secondary table placement as our waiter was on and off attentive to us. We had to ask for multiple things multiple times... Things that should have been taken care of more quickly. Our food did not come out all at the same time and most of us were done eating by the time the last pizza came out. I could understand if it was lunch time or dinner time rush hour but this was 3:00 in the afternoon and while the place seemed somewhat busy, every table was not in use.Overall we would definitely eat there again.

I remembered why I stopped ordering pizza from mellow mushroom. I'm not a fan of there dough. Now my wife asked for ground beef on half of the pizza. I've never had ground beef on a pizza that tasted just like ground beef. No flavor or seasoning at all on the ground beef. Needless to say it went in the trash because no one could eat it.I did order my wings which I asked not to make crispy. Those words most have went in one ear and right out the other. The wings were just as crispy as fried chicken. The only Mellow Mushroom to get them right every time is in Charlotte.

While they always have vegan options, the Durham location has a whole vegan menu right now! Had the pretzels, a salad, and a vegan veg out. Super good! I hope they continue making more vegan options.
