Amazing taste every time I visit. Nice vibes, peaceful place. Highly recommended.Low carb and very healthy food.Vegetarian options: You can customize your food if you don’t eat meat or animal products.Dietary restrictions: You can customize your foodParking: Parking is free but limited. Place tends to stay full so most likely you will have to park in the street.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps for wheelchairs available.

The food and drink were okay but my rating is for the required service fee.You order on your phone, the server brings you what you ordered with silverware, you have to get your own water, sauces and napkins yourself and clean up after yourself but there’s a required 15% service fee. What service? They literally just drop it off at your table. We really need to start boycotting businesses that are forcing customers to pay their employees salaries. You know they’ll say it’s to provide their employees a living wage… well then pay them one! Don’t put that on your customers. Your prices are already absurdly high, you clearly make enough to pay them a living wage.

Beautiful garden tucked away. I had been here twice before and never noticed! It's so nice and the food is really tasty. It's a bit pricey, but you'll always have leftovers.

I had been wanting to try this place for a while and now that I have, I deeply regret coming here. Please read the negative reviews before supporting this establishment. Here are the reasons for why I would never come back.- It Is completely self-service (except they bring your food to you) and they charge an automatic 15% "service" fee. FYI - you order through a QR code.- They list prices but when you click to add the item, they charge an additional 2-3 dollars if you want to add meat. What you assume is $18.75 ends up being $21.25 and if you don't get meat, you're getting a bowl of rice with sad mixed greens.- The food is awful. The rice was old and cold, the meat was terrible and the mandu was also cold and soggy.- They have crab gimbap but really, it's just a california roll with no flavor.Ambiance is fine in the beer hall side, there are games if you want to play and seemed clean. If you're on the fence about eating here, go support the wonderful establishment Sister Liu's next door. They are a great value with fresh dumplings and kind service. I wish I had gone with my gut and eaten there to begin with.

I love coming here but the service does not match what you pay for. I come here regularly for a matcha latte but there was barely any matcha and they also forgot to add sweetener this past time. They gave us a tiny bit of syrup in a separate cup and told us to add it in ourselves, but it still didn’t taste the same. They told us if it doesn’t taste good, then tough, that’s how they make it. I don’t understand, any other place would at least offer to remake a drink, especially after paying almost $7 plus gratuity. I am bummed because I order their matcha all the time, but their service and dismissive attitude toward handling the situation (in addition to the matcha) really left a bad taste.

Is this place under new management? I just had the most bizarre experience. I've been coming here for lunch every couple of months for the past 3 years. I've always thought of Namu as a special treat. Today, I ordered a can of soda with my lunch and when the server brought it, I asked politely for a cup of ice. She said, "No." Then started to walk away. I looked at her because I wasn't sure she'd heard me correctly. Then she says over her shoulder, "We don't do that." What??? I couldn't believe what I was hearing, then looked at another table where someone had a can of soda and a cup of ice! It's not like I'm asking for anything strange, and I've gotten a cup of ice before there. I spoke to the manager and suggested they give more training about how to interact with the public. The manager agreed with everything I said, but I don't think they're going to do anything about this. I'm worried that this place is going down the tubes fast, which is a real shame.

Nice establishment, but the food is wayyy overrated. I've been here a few times expecting it to be better than the last, and it continues to disappoint me every time based on much better Korean places (albeit very few in Chapel Hill...). The service is also pretty weird, like getting all your food while waiting twice as long for on tap drinks despite the bar not being busy enough. I'd only go for one of their events from now on

Very cool place. Great food. Food was out quickly and tasted great. There are QR codes at each table you scan to order your food. Place is really big, too, with lots of places to eat. They have a beer hall, coffee shop, and an outdoor dining area that has a really cool atmosphere. 10/10
