Tasty food and it came out quick. I just wish the CSR working at the counter would be more friendly and polite. I wasn’t greeted nor was I thanked which is not a huge deal but it certainly helps you retain customers. I came here on Thursday for lunch.

Somehow managed to get my order wrong both times I have ordered through DoorDash. I was unpleasantly surprised at how small their sizes have been for the price of food. The salad costs $15 and maybe enough for a 5 year old’s dinner.

Placed my order online at 600pm for a 645 pick up time. I arrived in the restaurant at 640 to 5 people ahead of me waiting for carry out orders. The young lady behind the counter asked my name turned to look at a collection of 4-5 bags bowls sitting on the counter waiting to be filled. The cashier was finishing up several orders at the register all of whom received their food before I did. 710 the front cashier comes over and ask my name again said it was coming out soon 715 I ask how much longer bc I have to be at work in 15 mins while I’m standing there multiple carry out and dining room orders are being filled… 720 my order comes out but is incorrect, I walk back inside the cashier from the front desk tells me 2 more minutes to correct my order. I elected to cancel the order and have my money refunded I’d already been waiting 40 mins.

Arrived at store at 8:20pm. Give my order and wanted to eat-in but was told I cant because they're closing at 9 and have to clean up. Had a look of confusion because before closing , it shouldn't have been a problem.

while the food is good if you order food to go they do not give you enough dressing. I ordered a regular and got two half filled dressing cups. enough for 1/16 of the salad. seriously? otherwise just buy lettuce and add chicken. for 12 bucks.

I ordered the Spicy Korean style Beef Noodles on Thursday, October 5th. When it arrived it was Luke warm, soon lost remaining warmth once lid was removed. Feeling quite hungry that day, I ate it anyway. And I didn’t want $26 for just the noodles and a cookie plus all the fees, tip etc to go to waste. About 30 min after finishing the dish I immediately regretted it as my stomach turned and I’ve since spent much of the two days since so far with textbook GI food poisoning symptoms. Vomiting, nausea, diarrhea you name it. Door Dash refused to refund my order. Shame on them! Maybe Noodles & Co can do better. All I know is I feel awful and it would be like Russian Roulette to order from them. Also the price tag does not match the quality.
