The owner should have a serious conversation with the manager and staff regarding appropriate interactions with customers. I have experienced racist microaggressions from some of the staff not once, or twice but three times. Most of the staff there is otherwise great! When these concerns where brought up with the manager (Ellana or Lana?) they were met with apathy. As for the cakes I purchased that day, they went right where they belong- straight to the trash. Engaging in abnormal behaviors and then attempting to legitimize or rationalize them is disturbing to say the least. Next time I am craving sweets, I will take my money elsewhere.

Their bundt cakes are soooooo good. I hate overly sweet frosting and theirs is just right. They're slightly pricey but is understandable with the economy.

Let me start by saying the store is clean and organized. Staff is very friendly and helpful. And the cake is absolutely delicious. Price is reasonable and the quality is top notch. If you haven't been, make sure you stop in and check it out.

I've been getting my cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes for awhile so I know what they should and shouldn't be like. We just moved here so this is a new location. My husband ordered me a red velvet individual serving for my birthday. They're supposed to have chocolate chips in them. Not a single bite from anywhere in the cake but the very top of it had chocolate chips. So about 2 bites had chips. Like 95% was just the cake. I get my red velvet from here because I like the chocolate chips. If it's thrown into the batter before you bake them, you need to mix your batter more. If it's just thrown ontop before you bake them, it sucks that way. They also give less icing then other stores. I was just disappointed.

Went to our local store in Durham, NC to get 2 baby bundts for my husband’s BD. The pumpkin spice was fine but the double chocolate chip was wet. Clearly it had been baked and frozen to be thawed and sold at a later date. Won’t be going back there again. There is no way to tell if you are getting something that is freshly baked or something that has been languishing in the freezer for who knows how long. Very disappointing…

This is my family's go-to for celebrations! Even if we make a birthday cake, we still get a bundt cake because they are so delicious. Our faves are the confetti which is a play on my favorite as a child, the funfetti & the carrot cake. So yummy!I totally dropped the ball for a work event & forgot to order 24 hours before I needed to pick up 3 dozen bundtinis. With just 2 hours left before closing time, the owner accommodated my request & had them ready for pick-up at opening the very next morning. So helpful, kind and understanding. Service like that makes you want to spend your money there. I am so grateful & will continue to have bundt cakes at every celebration!
