Terrible services here, came in to order and the waitress just stood there with no help at all. She didn’t even give me my cup that I paid for. I ask the other waiter who came to the front for a cup and he gave me two cups which was for water only when I specifically ask for my large cup for my drink. Then he just lefted and ignored me. After that, the waitress came and was like why you have two cups? And I proceeded to tell her that the waiter gave me two cups instead of my large cup. She however did give me my large cup, but she was impolite and rude. When our food came, it was wrong also. We ordered pork summer roll and got shrimp instead. And the wrap was hard and not fully soaked long enough either. Would I recommend this place, no I would not. Not worth time and money.

Takeout, they left the beef in the box, the vermiculite got soaked with beef blood. They should’ve put the meat in a plastic bag to prevent that, hope they do better next time! The tastes of BBH is not consistent, 1,2 years ago the BBH broth tasted very good, but this year the broth tastes different. Overall I like the place and will still stopping by but I hope they do better with the takeout order, no meat bloody got the vermicelli soaked.

My friend and I decided to come here for lunch. I ordered the com tam with chicken and my friend got the beef pho. The meal came out quickly and the workers were friendly. The portion sizes were generous and I enjoyed my meal. The chicken was tender and the vegetables were crispy and fresh. My only complaint was that the fried egg had a solid/fully cooked yolk (would have preferred it to be runny), but aside from that the meal was great. I want to come back to try the poke bowls!

Love the pho here! The broth is always hot, the noodles are always the perfect texture. I always get the beef pho and you get to choose 3 of their meat options. The portion is super generous, great price, & it always comes out quick. Best Pho in Durham in my opinion.I only wish they had WiFi so I could watch my shows while I eat.

LOVE the service . Especially the owner she's so nice and fun to talk to. Me and my girlfriend go there frequently and it's BOMB DOT COM !! we always go back for the pad thai . Place is calming and nice to eat with friends and family . Very spacious.

The eating area is spacious especially you can eat outside. We love the seafood and beef pho plus the pad thai. Whenever I need a soup if Im sick, this is my to go place.

It was disgusting. everyone in my family got sick to their stomach after eating this. We ordered to go. The meat was served raw and they put it on top of noodles and soup on the side. The noodles became soiled with the blood of the meat. The chicken is completely cold and tasteless. Very small portions and very expensive.
Excellent, fresh ingredients make for fantastic food. Exceptionally clean restaurant, very kind and courteous staff. Highly recommend.

Wonderful food, terrible overuse of wasteful materials- the excessive styrofoam and plastic bags used for my order was so disappointing. It's 2023- we have so many options, including paper bags and compostable containers. Why are we still creating so much waste?! This is unacceptable. I will not be coming back here until they switch to sustainable materials.

Food was just okay. $17 did not yield a lot of poke. The salmon was rich but the shrimp and scallops were tiny and tasteless. They were out if crab salad. I think the bowls at Harris Teeter are just as good as these.
