Good selection. However, they state they provide an itemized receipt but that’s only half true. Tells you how much you poured, but not the price of the pour. I may be a stickler but be true to ad.

It is a beautiful day! Just got married Came here due to it being near the court house. It has outdoor seating which is a big plus. It looks really cool from the outside! The concept is fantastic. You are charged by the ounce. You are giving a bracelet which you use to turn on the taps. There are several options from light to darks. There is also wine. The have some board games as well. It is a great vibe. I would come back for sure!

If you're seeing a Sunday evening show at the DPAC, this is a great place to go for drinks after because it's walking distance and many other things in downtown Durham will be closed. When you come into this establishment expect to receive a welcoming greeting by staff. They'll ask for a credit card and will issue you a wristband to use for drinks. You can then scan your wristband at any of the wine, beer, cider, or sour stations and you'll be charged by the oz for as much as you choose to drink. There's a wide selection of options and I found multiple ciders that I liked. They have music playing and there are a number road board games available for customers to play their group. Lastly I want to give a special shout out to DeVonte. His customer service was excellent! You could tell he really cared.

Cool self-service beer spot. You come in and give them your card and they give program it to be associated with a bracelet. You scan the bracelet against the dispenser and it automatically bills you. Cool atmosphere. They had live jazz when I went on a Thursday night. They have cider, sour, Belgian, light, ipa, dark and wine.

I really like this place. I like this tap beer business idea because it's so convenient for customers to try out all kinds of drafts. You pay by the answers you consume in the end. Very good place for beer lovers.

I'm loving this concept! It's quite affordable too. A great place to visit if you just feel like sampling beers. I stopped here with a friend and had a few beers each. The vibe is pretty cool with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. During the wintertime, it's cold out but they provide heaters. There seems to always be plenty of seating indoors. I appreciate the kind customer service and clean bathrooms. If you want food, there's a QR code you can scan on the table. Food is provided by the market next door. The food is quite delicious! Some of the best I've had! Grab a number and they will bring it out to you. Can be pricey but has amazing flavors!

Super cool idea: wrist band and pour your own bevvy (hopefully you’re capable of pouring a good beer from a tap!). I just wish there was more ambiance/a better vibe. Just feels like a room with tables and adult beverages.

If you love alcohol, it's a must. The food was tiny, but filling. They have cider, wine, lots of beer lol.

A place with a bunch of taps where you can pour your own drinks and get charged by the ounce, such an awesome idea.

Very cool concept, I enjoy being able to sample all the different beers and then being able to self-serve! It seems like the staff does a good job keeping everything clean and sanitized, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

Really fun place with solid prices and good beers on tap - I frequently have a good time here. But they ask for tips when you check out! It’s not like there are bartenders pouring you drinks or anything, but they still expect you to write in a tip when you’re closing out your tab. This is a five star place overall but I must sadly take a point off for this travesty - tipping culture has gone too far!

Awesome concept. For those not aware already, the biergarten works like a "gas station" with 40ish taps each activated by a dongle you get when you first check in with a credit card. There are about 20 beers of different types, about 10 ciders or the like, and about 5 wines. Each tap has a screen with a description of the drink, alcohol content price per ounce and tracks how much you're pouring on the current tap and how much you've poured in total so far. That said, we loved sitting outside and just enjoying the crowd and sampling the huge variety. People were friendly and the downtown location lent great ambiance.

Perfect if you want to try lots of beers without feeling guilty! Last time I went there they were out of my favorite beers, but there's otherwise a pretty good selection.
