First and foremost, I love Ruth Chris's steak and I order from this branch and others from time to time. However, the last time I ordered to-go from this branch in durham, the tomahawk steak had gone bad and they tried to overcook it in order to hide the smell. I didn't realize this till I got home, tried to it and tossed the steak in the trash. Becareful when ordering to go.

I ordered take out: Petite fillet & shrimp and creamed spinach, it was good, but nothing special I mean it's too expensive for what you get.

Our server, Justin, provided an excellent customer experience. He was attentive, professional, and courteous. He made an appetizer recommendation (BBQ Shrimp) which we absolutely loved. My wife had the free range chicken and I had the lamb chops. We shared the brussel sprouts and sweet potato casserole. The food was delicious and well prepared.

We all had the Grilled Shrimp & Strawberry Salad, and we loved it so much! It different from the normal run of the mill salads and very tasteful. The flavors really popped, and the combination of the ingredients was perfect! It's a terrific place for meet ups with friends to catch up while enjoying good food.

I took the family for Easter lunch. The steaks were superb. The sides were excellent. The server was attentive, helpful, and well-versed in gluten-free items. The acoustics weren't the best. It was hard to hear people on the other side of the table. All in all, I do recommend.

Our waiter Fraz was awesome! He was attentive and engaging. The food was great, cooked to perfection! The ambience was superb. My wife and I enjoyed our time! We will be back soon!

Great meal! Steaks were prepared with perfection. Our martinis were delightful. Our only issue was the creamed spinach. The side was not hot and seemed to have less cream than previous meals. Our waiter, Franz, did an outstanding job answering our questions and checked with us numerous times.

We brought another couple with us for her birthday. It was our first visit for all of us. The food was amazing! We had the best server. He was very attentive.

I've been to several Ruth Chris establishments and Durham's is by far the WORST. They didn't value presentation it was absolutely terrible. Each dish was over cooked and after we made spoke about our dissatisfaction the waiter stopped waiting us. The manager thought she was helping us by charging us TWICE for overcooked food then taking it off.

The meal was nice and the waitress was nice. I still can't understand why the bar tender had to put her fingers INSIDE my cup when I asked for a to go Ginger Ale and then made me wait 10 minutes to fill my cup up. She could have just filled it up and then continued to bartend. She also had a nasty attitude.

At first, the evening was amazing. Our waitress greeted us, offered bread and water. Then came back and took our order. Our appetizer came and was amazing but still no sight of the bread that was offered. Our waitress came back and took our plates, soon after our food came. One of our sides was ice cold and we had to wait 30 minutes for our waitress to come back. Our water never got refilled, until after we payed the check. And then our waitress forgot the dessert that came included with the filet dinner and gave us our check. We always tip 20% at least, but after this experience I couldn’t fathom giving that amount. We loved Ruth Chris the first time we came (a different location), we are truly disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.

We arrived about 20 minutes early for our 8 pm reservation on Saturday. After a very brief wait we were escorted to our table. Our waiter promptly greeted us and he was polite and friendly. We ordered our drinks and later our appetizer, oysters on the half shell. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the wasabi ginger sauce was and the cocktail sauce was spicy and flavorful too. From the pre fixe menu aka the classics menu, we each had the Caesar salad, as our first course. The salad was perfectly prepared with nice crispy romaine lettuce. For our main course, I had the stuffed chicken breast and the birthday boy had the NY Strip. Both entrees were mouth watering good. I particularly enjoyed the crispy skin on the chicken. For dessert, we finished with the mini cheesecake. We each had leftovers which is rare with the smaller portions restaurants have been providing in recent years. The drinks were also very good. We were very happy with our experience and would visit again for special occasions.

Horrible, subpar “fine steak house” experience. Not what we have been accustomed to in past (@ Orlando location) Travel often, dine out often...had a $85 bone in filet, requested medium rare, arrived like leather. Easily the worst steak I've had at any restaurant for as long as I can remember. It was literally awful. 85 dollars!!!! Huge mistake celebrating my 50th here and now will never attend a Ruth's Chris restaurant ever again...anywhere. And I haven't even mentioned the barely warm crab beignets and poor timing of meal....steaks out quickly after app...just a poor excuse for a meal that cost 500 dollars for 3 people!!!! If I were higher level management of the Ruth's Chris chain I would be embarrassed....there is obviously zero quality control. Have I gotten my point across?
