Worst Subway I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot.The checkout person didn't know how to let me use my Subway app to scan and pay, so it triple charged me card and didn't go through.When I used my physical card, I got charged the tip twice so a $9 sub ended up being $14.I asked for Coke and instead got some disgusting lemon thing, tasted like one of the machines was low on syrup.And the bread was extremely stale. Extremely.Every Subway I've been to I've had a great experience. Except this one. Absolutely awful.

Never want to order from this restaurant ever again, which is unfortunate since they’re the closest to me. They failed to make sure that a Dasher isn’t going to pick up the wrong order so I received someone else’s order. Sorry to whoever the other customer is but I, for one, am furious. Probably in part because I’m sitting here hungry and had really been looking forward to my sub. I wanted to return it myself in person but the store was closing by the time the food got to me at all so I couldn’t go back myself to get the orders switched out. I know our names are close in spelling but come on! the two stars are for the time I have ordered from this place because it’s the last time I’m ordering from them.

There's an older woman that is the general manager and she is a heroin user, she bops her head when she is outside smoking cigarettes, she also goes to the restroom for an hour or so and she does it constantly. I'm afraid to bring my children to this place I enjoy when she's not there please do not bring your children to this subway, corporate should be notified.

People working at Subway are using their gloves for the longest time. This guy looks like the head put the ham slices n then the veggies with same gloves on. After seeing it I just walked away. Previously i saw this lady using the gloves for everything till they started ripping ( after 4-5 orders) .The rule should be to change after you touch any type of meat/ poultry and then with every order complete.Would never be eating their again.

The manager there made our order and was super nice, polite, friendly (insert every single nice word you can think of here) 100% . The sandwiches were perfect, with him making perfect portions for them! Awesome job! ?

Very underwhelming service. One young man was juggling multiple orders with no help while the other employee was in the back giving no assistance. When the help finally came, it was extremely rushed. Food was mediocre. Only giving two stars towards the young man who assisted us for being patient and providing good customer service.

My son went to this Subway to get us food because we got coupons in the mail that were for in-store only. When he arrived, the workers said " This location does not accept coupons." As he had driven all the way and was in the mall, he went ahead and ordered. He had specific orders for two footlong sandwiches, one was a club. They said they didn't have any roast beef for the club, but he saw roast beef right there. He told them to put sweet onion sauce on the teriyaki sandwich but they put it on the club and put oil and vinegar on the teriyaki. Now my husband has to go all the way back to the mall, park the car, walk in and fix the problem. He can't eat onions. What a waste of time and money. We will NOT go back.
