There’s this woman with glasses who is soooooooo rude I’ve seen many ppl leave cause of her customer service! Well today was my day cause there was bacon put on my partners sandwich and she’s allergic, she blamed us, we then asked for a cookie and out of my 25 years I’ve never seen a restaurant make a grave mistake , and not even offer anything! She made us make for the cookie lol 96 cents after my partner got violently sick. Horrible customer service !!!!

They barely put any of the vegetable toppings I had asked for. I have never tasted something as terrible as this mashup of tuna and mayo on soggy bread.

All I can say is , the three teenagers behind the counter we so high , they could barely function. Stumbing, unable to make eye contact, ... and so distracted by whomever was in the backroom, that they couldn't get my simple order correct. I stopped short of calling the police, because giving any more of my time to this is ridiculous. Maybe you can buy drugs instead of awful sandwiches

ONLINE IT SAY THEY CLOSE AT 10 PM EVERYDAY BUT WHEN YOU GO THERE, THEY CLOSE AT 9PM EVERYDAY. I ORDER MY FOOD ONLINE AT 9:10PM AND PAID FOR IT AND GOT TO THE RESTURANT AT 9:20PM AND THEY WAS CLOSE AND I COULD NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. THIS PLACE RUN BUSINESS HOW THEY WANT TO.

My order incorrect, I ordered a BMT & Bcn sub. Preparer very rude the receipt clearly says BMT &Bcn. The preparer placed the bacon on a napkin and put in bag. Very disappointed , I will never return.

Nothing was stocked and tables were dirty, which seemed pretty lazy given that I was the only one in there. Even toasted, the bread was oddly chewy. They also don't accept coupons, which I did not factor that into my rating but that's a big pet peeve of mine.I felt dirty sitting down to eat and felt unhealthy after I did so. I visit a different subway every other week. I won't be going back to this one.

The woman manager was nice and quick with making my sandwich taking their time I feel like people complaining about wait times don’t want there sandwiches right they want there’s sloppys I say that these sandwiches are made as best as possible also she did very good considering she's working by herself.

Messed up all 3 sandwiches. The chicken bacon ranch didn't even have chicken on it! Ordered all 3 toasted and they were all soggy and uncooked. Toppings on my kids sub were wrong and she didn't want it. Tried to bring food back around 830 for a refund and they were closed when the site says they close at 10. I double checked my order confirmation to make sure I wasn't crazy and I ordered everything correctly. Should have read the other reviews about the night crew before I went here.
