The atmosphere in this place is not like it used to be, I miss the very cheerful, happy friendly associate name Kyle. He was exceptional! And very nice. He Always gave a welcome with a smile, and was very pleasant, and the restaurant was much cleaner, and the atmosphere was very welcoming, I wish Kyle will come back. But I will not go there, or recommend people to go there. Because it's dirty, and not clean, and the atmosphere is terrible! And there is never a good variety of yogurt! ☹️?

Places closed before 9 pm. I called and the guy said yeah the lock up early. If that's the case their website should reflect that. Not a nice experience bc we drove far to get here!

Store atmosphere is not super appealing. The staff member was mostly absent — she was behind the curtain my entire visit except coming out for a few seconds to ring my purchase up. She was friendly, though.The yogurt machines are not very appealing — faded stickers, worn labels, and empty machines. Some of the machines were pouring out melted yogurt.If I’m in the area, I’m not against visiting this location again, but if I have options to get frozen yogurt somewhere else, I will.

Sweet Frog on Fayetteville Road in Durham is not what it used to be. The selection of flavors is poor. Various flavors have often been allowed to run out and have not been replaced. From time to time, no one appears promptly at the checkout to ring up the order. Something is amiss. This place used to much better run.
Not a large selection of flavors. Didn't match what they had posted on site. Needs a bit of updating but typical froyo place, kinda cashier

I love sweet frog. The yoghurt is amazing (especially when they have Dulche de Leche). Toppings are okay, I know some establishments have more but I'm perfectly fine with what they do have. They also seem to switch the types of toppings often. It is kinda pricy tho, watch out how much you put in your cup.
