Mirabella is rude and sounds like she hates her job! They never give you straws and or napkins when you come through the drive through. Food is often cold by the time you get it. I cant wait for them to bull doze this place and put a Happy and Hale in its place.

I don't really leave reviews but damn if this TB isn't the worst I've been too. Something about Hillsborough road that produces the worst fast food experiences in all of Durham (if not the east coast). The drive through takes a minimum of 20 minutes if it's not crowded. Every time I've been there they're either out of some food or they get my order completely wrong. My last order was 2 quesadillas and 2 cantina tacos with a cheesy gordita crunch and Starry Lime. They tried to give me a frozen drink but I confirmed the Starry Lime and they switched it. Then they asked if I ordered the Steak Chalupa. I confirmed my actual entire order and they nodded in confirmation. Then they give me the bag and I drove around to find two beef tacos and two beef chalupas in my bag. It wasn't even close!! Line was too long to get back in and I wasn't waiting another 20 for my order to be wrong again. Be warned y'all, just steer clear of all fast-food places on this road.

Literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Do not come here. We ordered $50 worth of Taco Bell and all of it was so bad. Was excited to try the new cantina chicken specialty items and they did not make any of them correctly. Lots of missing items. They gave no sauce.

I’ve been meaning to do this for a while but I really do appreciate the people that work at this Taco Bell they are so sweet and kind and I never have any issues with my order and if there is a mishap I understand and I’m not rude about it like some people can be. I understand everyone is in a rush but there is no need to be rude to people over small issues if you have to complain about everything like that you must not really enjoy your life but that’s how I see it!The staff is very wonderful I have no complaints I usually only grab food from here when I am covering The location I work at which is a few steps away.All of them are doing great I hope they keep up the great work
Worst experience I've ever had with a Taco Bell and I'm 55. Been a fan since I was little.We ordered a 12 pack of soft tacos supreme. We got 14 tacos, smashed 2 to a wrapper with zero cheese, tomato or sour cream. The bottom of the bag was falling out. Our delivery driver had to wait over 30 minutes at the restaurant, to get our order.

I love Taco Bell. I am a very understanding person. Corporate should show up and shut this place down. I’ve been to this location or gotten food delivered 9-10 times, and if you’re food order is correct it’s a divine miracle. They’re slow, they constantly can’t do the only thing they’re paid to do correctly, and every single person who works at this Taco Bell 100% didn’t make it out of middle school. It’s impecable that a fast food restaurant would even hire these buffoons. After sitting here with a complete wrong order in my apartment on this restful Sunday, I’ve finally broke. Someone else has my food and I have theirs. This is like the 4th time this has happened in 6 months. Why wake up and work everyday just to mess up everything you do? I would respect you all more if you just quit and collected unemployment and Snap Benefits, because the workforce clearly wasn’t meant for y’all.

In all the the 9 circles of hell, Dante never found anything as a abysmal as this decrepit “Taco Bell” location. After an hour of wait, our drive through order was far from correct. I struggled to consume the most rancid burrito I’ve ever seen, clearly they ran out of ingredients and subbed vile chipotle cream (dare I say) sauce for what should have been yummy cheese. I stared with mouth agape as I unfurled my soggy bean burrito only to discover it was primarily filled with lettuce. Where were the beans? In this post Covid era is it wrong for one to expect beans on a bean burrito?? We are avid patrons of the Taco Bell Empire, but this sorry excuse of an eatery should surgically debelled. I’m not being dramatic when I say I’d rather spend my sad remaining years locked back behind bars than ever return to this location. I urge any readers to immediately turn away and seek refuge at another establishment.
