Went there for lunch. The place was empty. 4 tables out 20 were filled in the outside patio. Host told us 30 min wait for two. Inside was also empty...they told us 15 min wait. Never been to a restaurant where the place was empty and made patrons wait. after 10 min we walked out. Never again. They don't care about customers.

Out of 5 different main courses. Not the experience it used to be and very overpriced. Used to love the Chicken Marcela they no longer serve it.? Four people no appetizers no alcohol 245.00 out rage out cost. This is the cost of groceries for two weeks. Not worth it anymore ?

For me, the best place to eat in the US.

Atmosphere? Tap water in plastic containers with straws, crumbs on sticky table and bench, silverware loose on said table. Stale bread, a charred sugary brussell sprout looking mess (1 cup size), 4 small squares of rice with a pea size of tuna on top. $34 for pre-packaged low quality, "food" I would be embarassed to serve for 10$

I got the shepherd's pie with no peas, vanilla bean cheesecake and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. All were awesome. My brother got crispy crab bites and I tried one...they were alright, but not crispy.

Avocado egg roll & Chicken and waffles were amazing! We also got some cheesecake to go for use and some friends…that was amazing also. Sorry I forgot to tie pictures of the cheesecake.Highly recommend this restaurant if you have been or haven’t been. I love the atmosphere also. Very clean and staff was helpful.

We went here the other night to have a late dinner. The table was sticky, and when I mentioned it to the waiter he genuinely asked if I wanted him to wipe it up. What else would I want someone to do about it? He didn’t seem to care much at all, but we all grew on one another it seems as he was far better at the end. Then for some reason the drink menu has no prices at all, even though the rest of the menu does. That feels disingenuous and weird. My food came out decently warm, but my companion’s was cold. The margaritas tasted like fake syrup mixes, despite being more than 15 bucks each. My companion ordered a replacement meal and it was warm and had more taste. Overall it’s just average; and it didn’t used to be. The cheesecake was okay but the serving size was far less than what it used to be. I don’t know what happened to Cheesecake Factory, and other higher level chains in the U.S.Overall service was okay. Food okay. Costs far too high for what we ended up with. Basically when people go out to dinner, to spend 3 times what it would cost them to make it at home, they want it to be an experience, not just a way to not have to do dishes. The drinks should be of high quality with good REAL ingredients, not fake syrups. The food should come out WARM, and be of good quality and the staff should be welcoming….at BASELINE. It’s a shame indeed. If it’s gonna be lower quality all the way around then lower the damn prices too. It feels like greed.

If you are looking for a value the Happy Hour is it. The prices are reasonable. You can try different things that are within budget. We arrived right before 5. We waited 30 minutes to be seated. After we were seated we continued to watch our server go to people that came in after us. After our order was taken it took our food about 45 mins to arrive. Our food was decent but most of it was cold. You can even tell by the burger the cheese had been sitting for a while. The burgers were OK, the meatballs were OK, the dumpings could have been good but they were to doughey but kinda burned all at the same time, the Mac and cheese balls vere just ok. If you are on a budget this would be good because I think if circumstances were different it would be better, however I would not pay full price with what we experienced. We have anything remade because the manager said if we did that we would have to pay full price. Even with the deals we would not go back.

I don't know what I was expecting, really. It's a chain restaurant in a mall. I suppose for the price I expected more. I remember it being better. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. The interior was quite dated and was like...grandma's house and Egyptian ruins had a baby. My wife actively disliked her salad and sent it back. The server seemed to take it personally which, I mean, THEY didn't make it. Why take it to heart? My wife felt really badly and apologized profusely but it was definitely received with attitude. I think the days of going to the ol Cheesecake Factory are over for me. Sadly, I think they've "jumped the shark".

Pasta was so oily...both mine and daughters. Waitress acted as if she was doing us a favor waiting on us. I waited 15 minutes then asked for napkins since there was none with the silverware. Hadn't been to this restaurant in years and was very disappointed.

Very dirty. Was surprised, food on floor and chairs at the table they sat us at. We had to flag down a worker to ask to get it cleaned. Waitress took 10 minutes to get to our table. Maybe they were short staffed but very unacceptable.

Always loved Cheesecake factory and went there for my daughter’s birthday. Food was good as usual. But experience was spoiled by mediocre service.Restaurant was not busy at all due to Easter but my server was delayed by 20 mnts after we were seated. Another server gave water which was not re-filled during entire 1.5 hrs of dining. My server(Z) seems very busy and came after 20 mnts in between each appetizers and main course. Always had to lookout for her and she had unnecessary attitude. Then she gave the bill and then disappeared again. After 14 mnts, Had to walk to other servers to checkout. Still Gave 10% gratuity for mediocre service and she had audacity to come out of restaurant asking why I gave only that much.I always pay 18-20% as standard for good service in all places. I expect better than that from one of my favorite chain restaurant.
