In town and the staff was so sweet! We LOVED the fact that they literally decorated the entire place for Valentine’s Day! We went in just after midnight for a late night meal. You LITERALLY walked in and there was a red runway and Photo Booth! So adorable. When in Raleigh, THIS is the place. Clean, friendly staff who obviously CARE! Good customer service . Keep up the good job!

Disappointed by the food, after work my husband and I stopped by for breakfast. We had gone before and the guy who cooks prepared us some Cheesesteak Melts which were not as delicious as we always thought, being new, this is normal. but today was the last straw, I had to use several napkins to wipe the oil off the plate. very bad experience they should take more care of frequent customers

Every table in the place was dirty even though there was absolutely no customers had to request to have our table cleanedServer just wipe it down with a wet rag and left it covered in bleach waterTwo out of the three orders came back wrongI don't expect a waffle House to be a five-star restaurant but this one has really turned to garbage
This is a good one. Waffle was cooked right, they didn't leave the onions raw like a lot of waffle House does with the eggs. Crispy bacon and nice hash browns. YUM!

When I say absurd... absurd is the word!!! Arrived around 335am to a locked door! The waitress comes to a windows & says they're closed to dine in from 1130pm-6am fri & sat "like the sign says", then I ask her why are there so many employees if y'all arent letting ppl dine in? She's says to take orders & expedite food. Problem is.. NO ONE is here, there are 2 waitresses & a cook sitting in booths on their phones doing ABSOLUTELY nothing and another employee outside sitting in his van, but yet I can't come inside for dine in. I was told to not come to this WH, but food is good, but portions not worth the price. Ordered bacon, 2 cheese eggs scrambled & hashbrowns- for 12.60$ which includes a service and to-go fee of 1.05$ each smh. So, I have to be charged for being made to stand in the cold to order to-go... makes no sense! Again, NO ONE IS HERE! It is now 430am and there has been ONE customer⁷! THIS POLICY NEEDS TO CHANGE OR HOURS MODIFIED! Ridiculous!!! And they have a live police car here in the parking... crayyyyzeee!

My wife wanted a birthday party at Waffle House...I searched and the best time and location was the BEST. Mr.Moe and Ms. Brittany was more than accommodating to make sure this Birthday gathering happened with no issues...they also made sure we had music and allowed me to put the red carpet out front. Thank you Thank you Thank you. Anytime your in town yall go check Mr.Moe and Ms.Brittany out frfr!

I actually dislike Waffle house, but at this location the servers were very friendly and I appreciated their openness about mistakes made and willingness to correct it. Also, the food was pretty good too. So, don't tell my family, but I might be willing to return.
