Came here to do a delivery for DoorDash, and they get those orders far before I arrive to pick them up. I was waiting over 10 minutes while no one else was even in line ordering food. It was not busy in any way. Crazy to me how awful food service is in Durham regardless of where you go. I genuinely question whether employees receive training anymore or they just walk into the back of the store and start trying to figure it out.

Don’t eat here! The soap dispenser in the men’s bathroom has been broken for WEEKS! They even keep the broken cover just sitting on the sink. Instead of utilizing a temporary solution like adding a bottle of soap, they’ve decided to show customers it’s okay for their workers/customers to walk out the bathroom without washing their hands! I wonder what other corners they are cutting in the kitchen. Also, not the most friendliest employees behind the counter.

The worst zabys ever!! do not eat here. ordered my food, waited an hour, asked them why are we waiting so long, they said we almost have it ready, sat back down and waited, then they came up to us asking what we ordered because they didn't get it, we already paid so we just asked for a refund, and they still charged us for the drinks after the refund. wasted my time for nothing.

1st time since I have been to a Zaxby's restaurant. Wanting to try the new Chicken Philly combo meal.
Unacceptable! There was one person taking orders in Dine-in and there was one person, halfway running drive through and another person back-and-forth in and out of the area doing everything but assisting with getting orders expedited and sent out! They were leaving people sitting at the speaker in drive through for 10+ minutes, not greeting or taking the orders and leaving people waiting in the dining room to get their food for at least 10 minutes or more… And then coming to ask if we got our food! This is unacceptable because the assistant manager “T” was in the kitchen and not managing the business the way it should’ve been run! And then she had the audacity to ask somebody to give them a positive review because she knew that they don’t deserve one! I used to work at Zaxby’s and this is the worst service that I have ever seen! Just ridiculous! There are no drinks in the dining room coke machine which forces us to have to wait until somebody can make your drink from behind the counter! They need new management and new workers because they are doing everything but providing good customer service! Literally had to sit in the drive through for almost 10 minutes just to come inside and have to stay in there for at least another 15 to 20 minutes for takeout waiting to get my food and didn’t even get what my order right!!! That is crazy!!!!

The food at Zaxby’s is good HOWEVER, especially at this location you will be waiting 30 to 40 minutes to receive your meal. I ordered one signature club meal and proceeded to sit in my car and listen to an hour long episode of a podcast. Don’t come to this location if you want your food in a reasonable time period.
