The food was wonderful, the fries were well seasoned, as well as the chicken. I can’t wait to go back. As someone who had never had Bojangles, I was impressed
The drive thu was rude and slug my food and drink at me, cause me to spilled in in my own tea on me and the woman's did even have the manner to apologize to me just shut the window and looked way...and didn't even get a fork or napkins with the gravy biscuit....poor customer service....I will be sharing this with everyone I know....hope the staffing improves.

Bojangles in eden with miss crystal and miss Wanda running the place miss Wanda head boss in charge to keep everything in order a her neatness to make her workers do there job right and be clean about it makes the difference in great food and the place this place couldn't find a greater lady than miss Wanda and crystal to keep it in shape high 5 to miss Wanda and crystal at bojangels of eden nc may God stay with these 2 sweet lady's while they are there.

In the last year service has been hit or miss. I once went inside here with my GF and we witnessed an argument amongst the staff where they were using the F-word often. ...and they weren't embarrassed.The food can be hit or miss too. I've gotten several wrong/cold orders over the last year.I'll continue to go but I always remember that it's often a crapshoot.

This woman one woman that makes sandwiches I would never eat them she doesn't wear gloves she's just and when I mentioned it to the manager they walked away or she walked away and the manager says I'll talk to her and then one of the other employees I'm not going to say who said she never wears gloves and they just keep telling her and telling her she doesn't it's the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in my life you're supposed to wear gloves for a reason she wiped the sweat from her forearm off her head and kept making sandwiches I almost got sick to my stomach right then and there and when the sandwiches came up I said no I want to return them and I left and I've been in there again to get a sandwich you know cuz I'd like to biscuits I'll giveyou know the girls in the afternoon there's a few of them that are okay but there was one girl with purple hair she was absolutely rude I said can I have a coffee please we don't make coffee after 2:00 I'm like okay and then I looked when I was leaving she was giving me a dirty look I almost want to stop and say something but no I just won't ever go there and I would recommend everybody else not to go there because if you seen this woman making your sandwich you would never eat but again the manager the white lady that so you know middle-aged I'd say she's wonderful and she's the one I've talked to the other guy the big heavy set black guy know but this black woman that's making sandwiches she just walks away when you say how come she's not wearing gloves it's and the big heavy set manager of the black guy he's you know just like you know he thinks he's all wet but let me tell you buddy we all use one hand or another when we go to the bathroom you're no different than anybody

Cashier 11 was very rude she got almost everything ordered wrong. She even missed several items. It really was one of my worst experiences at this location ever. the food was great but the service made this one of my worse experiences ever and it caused so much uneeded stress my elderly mother had her blood pressure shoot up from how rude the cashier was.I will come here again seeing its one of my favorite places to eat I just hope this doesn't turn into a reoccurring problem.
