The cashier was nice and polite. But the manager on duty not sure what was going on with her. But she kept making comments about me asking if drinks came with my coupons. And kept giving me looks while waiting for my food acting like my business was an issue. Over all a great place.

Chicken fries tasted over cooked. They don’t even have a changing table for kids in the bathroom which is ridiculous! We went there around 6-7 and the lobby was closed because they were mopping. You shouldn’t be closing it down till close time to clean unless someone threw up or something.

Ordered today at this location. Ordered some mozzarella sticks and got what I can only describe as a dehydrated jerky style substance that had been battered and fried.I have never seen mozzarella cheese so overcooked as these were.Whopper was ordered with light dressing, however it was drenched in it.Fries were good.

The guy at the drive through and the manager were extremely rude and unfriendly. They were not busy inside or in the drive through line, the exact opposite. They made me feel like I was bothering them by giving them my business. No hellos, no thank you's, nothing. The manager did ask if I wanted condiments before he shoved the bag with the wrong order into my hands and slammed the window shut.The fries were decent, the whopper was average, but they gave me regular hamburgers instead of the double hamburgers I ordered and paid for. On a positive note I didn't have to wait long for them to give me what they wanted to give me instead of what I ordered.I didn't notice my order was wrong until I arrived home and the staff was so rude it's not worth it to me to drive back across town to try and get it corrected. And honestly the two men that I encountered were so mad at the world that I wouldn't trust them to not spit in our food if they had to correct it. They were that unfriendly! I rather just take it as a lesson learned and never go to that location again. I'll just drive to Reidsville where the foods better, the atmosphere is friendly and the staff have always been friendly and respectful.

Honestly I wouldn't even give them a 1 star everything we go there their power is either off or they can't take our order because their registers are down. It's just a couple of lazy kids that don't want to do their job it's not only Humiliating for them but it does not look good on the cooperation. And honestly it's not hurting me any in all honesty it hurting that burger king and they are loosing money that way because people don't want to do their job that they get paid to do.
