The food is always fresh and delicious. I always get the chicken tender combo. The staff is always friendly and polite. I wish they could bring high chairs back, but that’s something corporate needs to look into since they took them away during COVID-19 as we were told.Kid-friendliness: No high chairs for little ones.

Ordered the Wraps and Mushroom Swiss Burger. Burger was burnt, and the Mushroom Sauce was very “Slimy”, and no Swiss Cheese.The Spicy Wrap was not spicy, and was only half filled, the majority of the filling being lettice, as was the Honey Wrap. In addition, they appeared to be more like a soft shell taco than a wrap.Ordered a Coke Zero and got a Diet Coke, but the Fries were good.

Drive thru took a while to get two coffees.they need to find a way to hurry
Went to get breakfast, my kids. I waited 23 minutes for 1 French toast order and a bacon biscuit. Never again will I go in the inside. The staff is so unorganized.

Waited for a long time before receiving our food. Menu boards were not functioning, stating they just needed someone to click"start" to finish their startup procedure. The front register was not functioning. Asked the employee why, she said the manager just needed to "unlock" it. Took about 20 minutes for that to finally happen. Burgers were cold and the fountain drinks needed adjustment as they were all overly carbonated lacking syrup. Seems to be typical with Hardee's in the different cities we visit.

Love their biscuits. I only eat breakfast there. Once we called in lunch, love the burgers but my second bite cut my mouth open because it had 2 pieces of metal wire in it. Didn't go back for 20 year, they refused to replace the burger or refund my money even after I showed them what I spit out.

I got the 2 chicken wraps for $5.00 and an Iced Tea. The wraps were very good.

We go to Hardee’s just about every Sunday morning and the service is always extremely slow. The workers never have a sense of urgency, they just shuffle their feet and move at a snails pace. This morning there was only one person in the back fixing the food and the workers still found time to talk amongst themselves and joke around. I saw the District manager one day and she didn’t show much urgency herself. I honestly don’t know how this Hardee’s stays in business.
