Pulled up to the drive thru around 9 pm on Jan 6th 2024, no one in front of me and about 4 cars in the parking lot. No one greeted me at the audio box so I said “hello” because I wasn’t sure if they were only servicing people inside. Waited about 30 seconds and said “hello” again and was greeted with “sir I can hear you.” I only ordered 2 things (grilled chicken biscuit and bo biscuits) and they had neither. They may have not wanted to prepare them so I settled for something else. I’m beginning to see a pattern at this store and I am going to stop going here because of the customer service.

Horrible Service overall.. Old food in the window... Didn't get all of our order..
I came here to pick up Boberry biscuits to take to my daughter who lives in Arizona where there are no Bojangles. I haven't been in the restaurant for a couple years before this so I can't speak on the rest of the menu. I got a pack of six biscuits, my girl polished off four the day I took them to her so I'd say she loved them. Other than that I will say the restaurant looked clean (it was around 9:30 am) and the cashier was polite.

Asked for 2 chicken breast. Got 1 and 1 thigh. The manager even saw the worker put in a thigh and said nothing. Took it back in and waited. Manager said she would give me 2 hot breast. Well they were 2 thighs agin. I should checked when she gave me the box.

Absolute worst staff I have ever encountered. So rude, slow, and angry. After waiting at the ordering window for 15 minutes, I said, "hello" and someone said, "can you wait". So I did. Then they said, "go ahead with your order" and then stopped me mid ordering and then said to wait again. Kind of hilarious how miserable the staff is.

Unattentive cashier "Fruit" was insulting and rude. The dining area was filthy! Lost my order and then told me to go somewhere else when I asked for a refund. I would recommend EVERYONE follow Fruit's directions and go somewhere else!!
