If I could gove a negative star I would. Service was horrible. They sent me a coupon in the app. When I went to use it they would NOT honor it. It was for a mango tea. THEY ran out of syrup and said it was my problem..then blame corporate for sending the coupon. I asked for a reg lemonade in its place. no substitute no nothing. The manager and owner were there and stood down they could not honor it. I even called corporate....Chick Fil A cares. Guess they dont care because no has bothered to follow up. I will not be visting anytime soon.

The Elizabeth City location has to be the worst in the Franchise. Service is slow as molasses compared to any other location. This location also closes super early compared to its other locations. 8 pm every night including Friday and Saturday. So if your looking for quick bite and after 8 you’re out of luck.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. They can't get their stuff together. I don't think I've ever been there and actually gotten my whole order correct....not once...To top that off, the managers will avoid you, IF one is even there to try to speak to....or they'll just shrug you off.They're out of items often and take FOREVER to fill orders.If it wasn't the only one anywhere around I wouldn't ever go back.

The food is very good at this restaurant but I ordered two sandwiches and live 67 miles away when I got home and had my mouth all ready to eat I had No Tomatoes and the lettuce was bad. I was pissed and disappointed because is it my job to check behind the restaurant? Or is it their job to ensure quality service?!

First time I wish I could give a ZERO star review. This is the absolute WORST Chick fil a we have ever been. Repeated problems with long waiting lines, 20 minutes just to get to the speaker or the person they have outside on the tablet, workers unmotivated to work, and managers that are rude and have a "holier than thou" attitude. We did a mobile order to redeem a bunch of points and somewhere between the mobile order being completed and getting around to the register, the order was changed and they tried to charge us for a meal that we did not order. So instead of redeeming points, they tried to charge us for the food. Then the manager on duty tried to say that orders can't be changed on the tablet and she wanted to act like I was an idiot when I was the one who had to explain our order SIX TIMES. And then she still tried to NOT give us food that we ordered and was supposed to be redeemed with points. She tried to make it seem like she was doing a "favor" by giving me the rest of the food we ordered. We WILL be calling corporate for the rude and disrespectful manager and for them trying to charge us for food that was supposed to be redeemed with points.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A i ever been to, after sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order i finally get to the window to be told i can't get spicy chicken in my salad because "they dont do that at this location" i finally get my food and check the bag and the fries are just half full of crumbs and im missing food go wait in line again to get my missing food and got attitude because they messed up i much rather dive the 30 minutes to VA to then come back here
