The drive thru person gets my order wrong 80% of the time. If you tell them no slaw or hot sauce on a sandwich, they put it on anyways. They burn their chicken nuggets. Their milkshakes are good though.

Normally I love Cookout. Last night, the girl that took my order through the drive thru totally ignored what I asked for and gave me completely different items on my burger. I didn't realize it until I got to my meeting. Not a good experience. Completely ruined my dinner.

Drive thru or walk up window only. Didn't understand the process & no indication of where to go. A lot of choices were nice. The food was hot & tasty. Loved the peanut butter shake! Burgers tasted fresh. Guy at the window was NOT pleasant, with no friendliness or smile. Came across like we were interrupting his day. Tried asking questions, but he ignored us. Place is always busy with cars. Look forward to going again. Hope we get a friendly person next time.
