Was very nice and service was very fast too! They had a bucket of Chicken ready in the back for me.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces. They are in the front and in the back too.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking.

My wife went through the drive through window at 12:20 on Friday, 9 Feb 2024. The employee that was taking orders was very short tempered and downright rude. And she continued to be that way when my wife got to the pickup window. I know the management doesn’t care and is willing to accept this behavior so we don’t expect any big changes. But we will not go back. Life is to short to have to deal with that just to get a hamburger. We’ll go to Chic-fil A. At least they are polite!

This location is always out of everything. A few weeks ago, we went for Cinnamon Raisin biscuits, which were advertised on the window out front. We were told that they were no longer available. The employee was rather rude about it as well.

Every time I place a mobile order I come home to find that some of my food is missing and have to drive back there to get what is missing while trying to eat and get ready for work. When I try to call the store it goes to saying mailbox is full so you can’t talk to anyone. This is beyond ridiculous and it needs to be fixed. I should not have to make another trip but the employees can’t get an order right!!!! Hardee’s needs to do better before they lose a good customer.

Egg and cheese biscuits are wonderful and the sweet tea is the best in town! Drive thru window is fast at filling orders and the lady in the window is so nice!!

Just got a 3 piece tender platter it came with fries, toast, coleslaw, and a drink. My tenders were DRY & HARD, barely edible. no seasoning on fries and they were also hard. The toast was the best thing on the plate. Wasted $10 would not recommend.

We wanted some fried chicken. What was handed to us was chicken tenders. We specifically told them we didn't want tenders, but actual chicken with bones in it. This has happened twice. No third strike. I don't think we will try again.

CYNTHIA has the WORST customer service there was. she is rude no matter your kindness, and she is the same way EVERY TIME. Please put her through customer service classes, if she doesn't like her job she needs to go work elsewhere, where she doesn't have to deal with people.

Food was decent but the girl in the drive through was the nastiest, rudest person I think I’ve ever met. Such a trash attitude. They should not let someone this rude work a window. Receipt says her name is Navaeh .. don’t know what I did to her but I will not be back. Not paying 30$ to be treated like that.

Horrible service.. Horrible Attitude I will never come back to this Hardee's ... And this is exactly why I've seen this establishment empty most of the time. The Employees were on their phones and giving a unpleasant attitude.. rolling eyes as I was asking about my order, just childish..It's a Negative for me -0
