Food was good & Tynasia (Nae) was a very friendly & pleasant waitress always smiling & attentive. Marcus was very friendly as always when he cleaned our table.

Been twice in the last month and both times waited over an hour before deciding to have them box the food to go...place has not given me a good experience since 2020.

We were IHOP today at 12:15 pm. Did not have to wait very long to be seated and the waitress took our drink order of tea and water quickly. From there it downhill. After 15 minutes we were still waiting on our drinks and to have our order taken. Well 15 minutes in another waitress comes to our table to tell us our waitress will be over in a few minutes to take our order. And also said ,” Your waitress forgot your drink order . What did you order again” So our waitress didn’t even have the courtesy to come over to tell us she had forgotten us . And there is no apology. We have given IHOP a few chances. No visit was great but this was by far the worst. After that we just left. We didn’t even order food.

We arrived Sunday right after the morning rush. The staff was nice and the dining room was in decent shape. Our food is where they failed us. I ordered country fried steak and eggs. It came with hashbrowns and a side of pancakes. My eggs were WAY over cooked, the hashbrowns tasted like they were sitting in the warmer and my pancakes were cold, chewy and came with frozen butter. My husband got the steak tips and eggs. They also came with a side of hashbrowns and pancakes. He had the same issues with his and his steak overcooked and it has a very sweet marinade on it that didn't go with eggs. Both of our steak knives were dirty. My takeaway from this is they failed on the steaks but even worse they failed on the pancakes. That's supposed to be where they shine. We won't be returning.

Food was cold, not warm but cold! We ate it anyway because the waitress took too long for a checkback. When asked about a discount for cold food, she sent Manager, he asked what we want him to do!? Really? How did you become manager? I've been in food service for many years and managed! Step it up IHOP!!! POOR experience all around! You have to put smiles on the plate, because employees don't smile! Not looking to return soon.

A very disappointing experience. Both the food quality and service were poor. The biscuits were undercooked, the gravy was oversalted. When our breakfast arrived the meat and hash browns were both cold & my husband's eggs were undercooked. My meal was remade, while the meat & potatoes were hot that time, the eggs were overcooked.I had to get up and go locate our server who was huddled in the other side of the restaurant with other staff (and never checked on our table to see if our meal was made correctly) to request a manager. The manager indicated the server was new (5 days). While some of the missteps could be attributed to newness, most were due to lack of effective training.By day 5 a server *should* at a minimum know to check on their customers after food is delivered to the table, get the drink order correct for 3 people (2 coffee, 1 HC & 1 water)? and ensure there is sugar on the table.New servers work with a *training buddy* if they are not yet competent enough to perform basic tasks, they should not be released to work independently.

I asked for over medium eggs, which are whites done, yolks runnny and crispy bacon. The hashbrowns and egg were burnt black. The eggs Hard. The only good thing was the 1 slice of French toast and the bacon was crispy not burnt.

Waited for 45 min for table. I went up to ask how much longer and they had crossed off my name so I would have never been called. No one was leaving restaurant, no tables were available for two people however someone who came in after me with 3 people were seated quickly. Very sad experience. Left restaurant with no food. Others were also leaving.

Had not been there in a while so decided to eat there and was glad I did. Got the Philly and it was the best I have had in a long time. Was not crowded at all and the service was excellent and friendly, which is hard to find anymore! Will definitely eat there more often!

It took quite some time to even get a beverage, let alone have our order taken. We had to remind the waitress a few times that she didn't bring out our whole order. We were never checked on and ran out of tea well before finishing eating.
