We get our Christmas Eve dinner here every year, (3) 16pc buckets. This year, 2023, was the worst batch we ever had. It was greasy to the point you could pour nearly a half a cup of grease from the empty containers. It was sloppy fried and a real disappointment. It was edible at best. Luckily we had other food to pull from, but needless to say we had a LOT of chicken leftovers. (Crab food). Usually love the chicken, but this definitely was a swing and a miss. Hadn't been to a fastfood chicken joint in a long while. The gentleman working the front was patient and kind with me as I asked questions about the menu items, food came out hot and fresh. Will definitely be back here to this location again in the near

My experience with the dinner I ordered to go. ( I went in to order). This has happened twice. Yes two separate occasions recently. Otherwise I might not have said anything. My Chicken was dried out as though it had been sitting too long or reheated. KFC is my favorite go to for chicken. I am disappointed as generally the meals I have enjoyed are much better.
