The girls working the front counter sure do not care about customer service. I went in with my 80 year old grandmother to pick up an order we placed at 5pm- it is now 6pm and the regular cheese and pepperoni pizzas we ordered “weren’t ready”- meanwhile, multiple people walked in and picked up the exact same pizzas with no order. The girl did not care one bit that we were waiting and the one young boy kept apologizing and finally asked why nobody had given us a pizza—grabbed a couple pizzas, handed them to us and said he was sorry. Ridiculous… that kid had more brains than the other 11 people in the whole building. I probably will not order from here again. Morons.

It gets 5 stars because the employees are busting their tails and keeping a smile on their face while doing it and being as polite as possible to the rudest customer. Been here several times and it’s always high paced work when you look in the kitchen. The only flaw is the place itself not making it easier on the employees and having it set up more organized for them. They’re the ones having to take the heat from the customer when stuff out of their control goes wrong.

Bless their hearts, the 2 ladies out front have literally zero communication skills. Came in on a Friday night, order 2 “special” pizzas. (Pepperoni stuffed crust) I watched the little ordering area fill up and clear out 3 different times. Finally I asked for a refund. One of the girls asks my name, turns around and grabs my order from the heat box, scans it and passes it to me. Literally no words exchanged minus her asking what my name is. I never left the ordering area, waited inside the entire time….now I see why we’re being replaced with robots…..
