Yesterday I order the Roasted Turkey & Avacado BLT, and Broccoli Cheddar Soup. The sandwich I usually order looked like someone threw the ingrediants at random, it was a mess. Avacado only one one side etc. This happens frequently at this location. Quality control and consistancy is poor. The team leader was leaning on the back counter pick up area, only a few customers present, no greet just stared at me with another associate by his side.The broccoli soup was salty and had no pieces of broccoli in it, just mush. I threw it away it was inedible. Obviously I recieved the bottom of the pot. French Bread was hard as a rock.Will try again because I have a gift card.I shall post pics if it does occur again, I promise.Vegetarian options: none

Every other order at this location is wrong! I either have missing items out of my meal or rotten veggies! And this keeps happening! And if you charge over $3 for added bacon, I would expect more than 1-2pices of the thinnest bacon in the world. This location is just horrible! No quality control at all!!!!!

I stopped in to pick up some bagels for my husband. This was the first time I visited this location. I consider Panera bagels a treat and bought 6 different kinds. When we got them home, each one was hard as a rock. It's almost like they were already a day old, but I bought them at 11 in the morning. I hope this isn't a normal experience because I normally love their food, as does my husband. This store will get another shot from me since it could have been a one-off time, but I'm kind of gun-shy to try them again.

Cook named hannah made the worst macaroni and cheese ever. 50 dollars for cold noodles. And i caught a man dan and dashing as i walked in. I came back the next week because my mom got me shrimp and fries with toast it tasted like cat food I could make better food and I'm 12. the fries were soggy and the toast was soggy too.lm ashamed of eating that!

Chicken noodle soup taste like a wet box! If you order a bagle make sure to tell them to cut it. Had to cut a bagel with plastic knife cause they can't take the food back across the counter to cut!

Service was friendly, food not prepared right. I ordered the pick 2 Autumn Squash soup and Turkey Avocado BLT. Soup was delicious and hot. My sandwich on the other hand was sad. There was only like 2 small sliver bites of turkey on my sandwich and the turkey wasn’t fully defrosted. Plus they didn’t put the avocado on my Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich. It was mostly lettuce tomato and bacon. Barely any turkey no avocado.
