Ordered ahead on app. go through drive thru and the speaker had a sign. Broken, order inside or at window. I pull up to the window and sit. Multiple people see me and just walk away. I tried to go inside and the door is locked, over an hour after they opened. I go back to the window, someone opens the window. He doesn’t say one word to me. I say I have a mobile order, he closes the window and walks away. About five minutes later he opens the window, hands me my box and drink. Never saying one word. I tell him he is rude and he just walks away. Terrible service.

The Taco Bell in Elizabeth City on Eringhaus Blvd is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. They never get your order right and when you order online it is the absolute worst the food is always cold it's always wrong it's like they don't know how to read that should be a requirement to work there knowing how to read.

I've been to this franchise 10 times for deliveries in the past month...they have only had the ingredients 2x!!!The place was literally out of cheese and I had to argue with the guy about at least putting some nacho cheese on the tacos...Lastly the refused to sub a reg taco shell for the dorito shell that was also out of stock...I hope uber and doordash Cann this store very soon...it's costing drivers money instead of making money!!!!! I will not delivery anything else from this store its gonna be a hard pass.. save my doe

Every time I go here they screw up the order. It's really not that hard to get bean burritos with no onions. Y'all are killing this mother of an autistic child who just wants Taco Bell bean burritos with no onions. But it's not your order so you don't care.
Skip this place unless it's 2am and you're not willing to cook anything. Just know that you're taking your chances with a proper order. While they did get my son's quesadilla correct, my steak power bowl had about two bites of all the ingredients. So I still had to cook something to eat...which is probably what I should've done in the first place.

...i asked to use the bathroom and the young girl running the register got the key from the manager walked out of a very heavy thick door where all the other employees are wearing headsets, and around the corner to a dark hallway where she could easily be pushed in the bathroom without anyone hearing a thing ...or taking it the door without a problem... very dangerous for the employees and/or customers! If you value your stomach lining and having your colon intact, avoid this one and hit the Walmart one. I'm fairly certain we're dealing with food poisoning. Ive been suffering through toxic smell since they came out and ive never had super colon blow like this!! I just farted for 14 seconds!! I think I just made a hole in the ozone!! Gotta find the joy in life, right?? ?

I waited almost 30 minutes for a nacho bel grande (several people ordered after me and got food before me) and when I finally got my order it was made wrong.. it appeared that none of the tables had been cleaned.
