We’d never been to Zaxby’s before. To me, it tastes very similar to Cane’s chicken. Their main thing are chicken strips, fries, bread, and a peppery sauce.Our food came out quickly, well-made, and hot.The trash was over-flowing- but it was late.Regarding the comparison to Raising Cane’s- the bread at Raising Cane’s is better. Also, the peppery sauce tastes fresher. The chicken at Zaxby’s is more flavorful, but the chicken at Raising Cane’s seemed higher quality.
Not really speaking on behalf of this particular location, but since they permanently REMOVED their delicious fried mushrooms from the menu a while back, I haven't returned and won't ever return.

To say what I experienced was a big disappointing would be an understatement. My boyfriend and I visited this Zaxbys on a Monday evening. It was not busy just slow paced. We order a number 6 family pack 20 piece tender meal. We live quite far away from any Zaxbys so we like to have some left overs. Our 20 piece with fries and toast came out in like 3 1/2 minutes.
