Pizza is acceptable-ish. The price is laughable. Honestly how do you sleep at night serving such mediocre,underwhelming and undersized pizza, while charging for premium? $17.50 plus for a base large pizza, lacking in quality or taste and that would generously be called a medium. I suppose you have to imagine there is no other competition. Which is sad because you have the potential to be so much better. Please either up your quality or quantity.

I was driving through NC and decided to stop by Fairmont Pizza because someone I knew recommended it. Their employee, Alyssa, was very rude and gave me a bad attitude. The food was disappointing and overpriced. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered 3 large pepper steak subs and they were very dry. It was awful. I also ordered a lasagna and whenever I got it some of it had wasted out in the bag because the lid wasn't on tight. Well to add insult to injury I was charged $60 on my card. Each sub was $12 and the lasagna was $12 now you do the math. They got over on me BIG TIME. They really need to do something about those dry subs. It's ridiculous.

I love their food but if I could give zero stars for customer service I would. I work up the street so I go here. Anywho, the girl who answers the phones needs to specialize in something else. She answers with an attitude. Me being me, I asked her if she was okay, and her response was “Yeah, I gotta do a double.” Well honey if you don’t wanna work a double, then don’t! She definitely doesn’t need to be the one taking orders with that nasty attitude.
