The customer service is okay but they are always out of stuff. I ordered oatmeal and they waited til I got to the windo to say they were out of apple slices and chunks, they never have orange juice, and they haven’t had smoothies in a long time. Like what in the world? The girls who work there are sweet though.

The food was as trashy as the lobby & that's saying a lot because the lobby trash was running over, yet none of that was as bad as the attitude of the employee taking my order, I'm more upset at myself for ordering.

For the prices they now charge there should be service instead of excuses. If the staff is so unhappy it can be felt by customers there are other places to work.
I've had nothing but good service @ McDonald's in Fairmont every time w/ my online moblie & carry out orders. Mon. -Fridays 3 -4pm its sorta busy w/ kids gettin out of school the wait hasn't been anything unreasonable * as other locations* & my order's correct & HOTT?
