This place is a joke the employees are rude, the restaurant is dirty, and they can't get an online order right. I had to make a 40min round trip after my wife picked up our online order because a male employee made her feel uncomfortable and tried to rush her out of the store with half the order. When she arrived home I tried to call and the number listed sounded like a fax line. So I drove all the way back down there just for them to claim they told her the kids meal stuff was not in the bag that she was supposed to grab it, she told me they kept telling her everything was in the bag. All the sandwiches were wrong..

Took my girls in for a quick lunch. Weren't many people there so it was the best time to go. Staff was awesome and respectful and the environment was clean! Really enjoyed it! We love the footlong pretzels ?

They are a decent Subway but they have one major flaw. If you ask them to toast a sub on an online order they will completely ignore it, even if you ask them to toast it in the notes. If you want a toasted sub you have to go in person. Don't know why that's so hard for them.

the dining room was nasty. the floor had chips and other food laying around. the tables needed cleaning. we were the only people in the restaurant. it wasn't that busy so no excuse for the mess.

My nephew come over there with a coupon and was charged 10 dollars for one sandwich and the coupon was for a foot long sub for 5.99 and he got one cookie they are a bunch of cheats

Tried to call the restaurant to see if they would still make a Door Dash order that there was no driver for and the phone number listed is a damn fax machine. So much for customer service. Drove there and the order was made so we took it home. Of course, part of the order was wrong. Not like I can call to let them know! Do better! Cherryville Subway from now on!

This Subway location use to be the best in the area. I heard they changed owners a while back and you can tell in the quality of food, atmosphere and employees they hire. The sandwich area looks like it's never cleaned, hard to tell if anything is fresh in the bins, always out of chocolate chip cookies or they look days old and the bread rack is always low and never fresh.The employees are never friendly or want to create a welcoming atmosphere. With limited restaurants in the area, you would think they would be busy and be inviting to anyone who would want to come there. Not to mention, the shrubs and outside area is a disgrace. It use to always be well kept. It seems like the new owner doesn't have the same care for this facility as the original one.

Service is absolutely horrible. The sandwich was horrible. Also this location will leave the open light off and park at the back of the building so one no one knows they are open because they don’t want to work so who would want someone to make them a sandwich that doesn’t care.

The guy making my sandwich piled all my ingredients right in the center I asked him if they could spread them apart so I could taste it throughout my sandwich, he ignored that request and continued topping right in the center. Very rude. The lettuce was brown and wilted and they act like it was a problem when I asked for fresh lettuce. I wonder why their tip jar stays empty? Oh, I know.
