Really good authentic Jamaican food. Be careful with the spice level when ordering there spices are strong. Also if you want plantains you have to specify versus the cabbage. Both are good though.

The oxtails were sooooo tender and delicious and the cabbage was well seasoned also. The only problem was the plantains seemed overcooked but I will say that with the cabbage it did taste great. The only disappointment I had was I ordered a side of yams and didn’t get them but overall the plate was definitely good.

I stopped by this Jamaican cafe today because it’s near the gym my son attends (Warrior Saints Boxing) . This was my first time here & as the guy at the counter said this will not be your last time he is correct lol . I ordered curry chicken & oxtails with white rice & cabbage . CURRY CHICKEN BOMB . CABBAGE BOMB . OXTAILS GOOD JUST NOT AS TENDER AS IM USE TO . HOMEMADE LEMONADE BOMB . SERVICE BOMB. EVERYBODY HAD JAMAICAN ACCENT love it … would show pictures but i ate too much of it to post … Oh yeah Prices are very reasonable

The food use to be really good. But around the end of 2022 the food started saying bad. Too much salt, over cooked rice and over wrip plantains. I ordered a Oxtails dinner and curry goat dinner for my husband the Oxtails was salty and burnt. The curry goat was salty. This use to be my favorite place. It makes me sad to even write this review ?

I came to Fayetteville to visit and HAD to come grab an oxtail plate from here. I used to come here all the time up until I moved a few years ago. From the moment I walked in customer service was horrible, I quickly went from being excited to be there to questioning if I should leave and take my business elsewhere. The guy they had working the register was rude and allowed someone else to walk up and pay for his order while I was trying to place mine. This person was nowhere to be found when I walked in so I thought that was pretty rude. The food didn’t disappoint for the most part..I wish the cabbage was seasoned though it didn’t have much flavor. The oxtails were amazing, service was horrible.

Excellent. I've been eating from here for the past 10 years. Neo, the owner, is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. The food is obviously delicious and plentiful. I order the same thing every time I go. I get the large oxtail with all the trimmings. Check this place out. Ask for Neo or Liz. Tell them NEWYORK JOE recommended them.Kid-friendliness: Neo and Liz are so friendly even kids will like them.Parking: Huge parking lot shared with a few other businesses. Parking NEVER a problem.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are wide enough for wheelchairs and the inside space is also large enough.

Eaten here many times either through doordash, going to pick it up or uber eats. Always delicious and flavorful j*** chicken also decent portions for a large j*** plate. Definitely get the rice and peas, only complaint is that it could be more spicy but I'm sure for most it's spicy enough :)
So we decided to give this place a try. We got the j*** pasta eventhough it didn't look like the pic it was good. I ordered a tea to drink it was awful so I went to ask them if I could exchange it the guy said that I couldn't once I tasted it ok so I had to purchase another drink. I said let me get something they don't make I got a Pepsi. Well the Pepsi was OUT OF DATE BY MONTHS!! I have the pic it says Jan 02 2023 for some reason it wont insert it!!! I will not be coming back here!!!

I ordered two curry chicken plates today and the portion size was horrible. The food itself had a good flavor but I was surprised at the little amount of chicken on the plate. I use to go here all the time and understand inflation but if you are going to charge more then the plate needs to match. Don’t charge more for was less food!

Worse oxtails and goat I ever had. Hard and dry , wouldn’t come off the bone, no gravy and hurt me teeth to eat. The goat was a knuckle no meat just two pieces of cartilage on a bone. Never again, nope you got me once a only once.

First of all, calling someone a liar cause they told the truth about your product. That's unprofessional. I have NO reason to lie, nothing to gain. To be specific I ordered your oxtail combo with goat and oxtail roti. Dried tough oxtails and meatless goat knuckle. Now if you didn't have oxtails in the early evening before 6pm then, what the HELL did you serve me? I've been eating oxtails most of my life and didn't feel like making myself. I guess I should've if I knew THATS what I was going to get and be told. I don't care what other people posted about your food, what I got was a disgrace. People need to know what they are getting. You may have been the shiggidy then but not this day. Also to show you I was there, you hung up on a customer that was asking you questions and didn't order. Golden Krust taste a lot better and that's sad. I'm lying, you got some damn nerve. For what?! For who?! To put you out of business? You'll do that without help from me or anyone else, just keep doing what you're doing.
