Our waitress Maleigh was the bomb. She was so attentive to our needs, very polite,and has a beautiful smile. She is a wonderful asset to Applebee's, need more like her...Your ladies brm needs tending desperately...

Night management had me and my family waiting for a table meanwhile half of the restaurant was not occupied. Plenty of staff to seat us. Instead management waited for a few more parties to arrive and wait as well. Seems to be lack of communication or poor leadership. Although the food was good we will not dine again at this location.
Food is generally wonderful, one gripe is sweetened ice tea is great from them when they have it. Issue is "when." It's North Carolina, the South, I never go to a restaurant in my life here that doesn't have a supply that but this place sometimes has none. I'd get up on that.

My family and I waited 30-45 minutes and were not seated. The restaurant had lots of empty seating, but they were short staffed. We ended up leaving.

Horrible experience - will not be back. Got there at 1 after lunch rush. Was asked to wait from across the room by a server at back of bar. Waited and waited and finally when another couple came in someone else from across the room sat us. Ordered diet Pepsi's- server returned we are out of diet Pepsi. Ordered appetizers, pretzel bread sticks which came out almost burnt. Ordered two hamburgers one was suppose to be pink and both were well done. Waited and waited for our food, when we asked about it - oh sorry it went to another table. So we waited some more. Fries were cold and burgers over done. Not a good experience from beginning to end. Still tipped waitress even though she acted like she could care less if she was there, much less us. Yeah zero reason to go back.
The wait for food was a hour them was cold! Only 2 waitress that walk loke they feet hurt. My waitress attitude was nasty like her hair... steak suppose to been medium rare it was hard enough to buss a window!! Attitudes is horrible food is horrible and cold will not be going here again!!

The truth is, many incompetent employees, it hurts, the food is good but the service is terrible. I have come with my family on another occasion and they resolved quickly the table and the attention but today was the worst now I don't know if the person in charge of that bad day in organization will return to this place. the waitress very friendly

I’m still sitting here waiting I’ve been here for about 40 minutes! Another party walked in after me and sat themselves at the booth closest to the door, while other parties and myself are waiting to be seated and they are getting served before the rest of us that were here before them! This is so unacceptable!!!!!! This is ridiculous! The party that walked in after me got so angry they were served before any of us were that they left after being here for about 35 minutes waiting! I will never come back here again!

My husband and I used to come here at least twice a month, they had good food and the staff was friendly and quick with their work. But the last three times we've gone, the service and food have gone downhill. Our waitress didn't interact with us and looked annoyed that she was there. The chicken penne that I ordered barely had any sauce and the chicken was burnt, my husband's burger was mostly raw and falling apart. When we ordered dessert my triple chocolate meltdown was frozen (the cake part) so our waitress brought me another one which took a long time. It sucks that the service and food quality got so bad, I enjoyed going there previously because it's a quiet environment with good food and the wait was quick but because this is the third time we've had issues and how bad it was this last time, we won't be going back there.
