I was the third person in line at the drive through. I got in line at 12. And didn't leave that drive through untill 1:15. What the hell is going on for it to take that long at a (fast food) place lol

The cashier was very nice, yet she failed to say they were all out of curly fries she just input my order for crinkle. I pulled forward because the crinkle fries were not done and waited 13 minutes. Got home to eat the food, and the chicken in the chicken wrap was super dry along with the nuggets in the kid meal. The fries, even though they were not what I wanted, were fresh and hot.

I love the Chicken bacon Swiss sandwich and the milkshakes are excellent yet don't forget curly fries and mozzarella sticks.Vegetarian options: There are choices to choose from.
The new team is extremely pleasant and the service is top notch especially for fast food. We waited a few minutes for our meal but the food was hot and fresh and the service was great so overall, well worth it.

The drive through has mistaken orders. We always check our bags/bags before driving out to make sure we got what we ordered. The mistakes occured were roughly equal. The drive through order with the operator of the order area misheard us or the order was mixed up between us and the vehicle in front of or behind us. I understand how that can happen. The microphone where we order is not high quality in older Arby's as the newer locations are significantly better.
