This is literally the worst pretzel shop ever. I have been here at diff times on diff days, and no matter when I go, there are either zero plain salted pretzels, or one and maybe a cup of the nuggets. And that’s a maybe. I don’t understand what other purpose a pretzel stand has other than to sell pretzels. Like I couldn’t imagine going to McDonald’s and they’re just like “nah we don’t have fries right now, idk why but sorry.” Or going to Burger King and they’re just not offering burgers that day. They have ONE purpose. To sell pretzels. The worst part is, I wouldn’t care if I didn’t have 3 kids that look forward to auntie Anne’s pretzels at the mall as a treat. Just so happens I was there twice this week. Once on a week day right before lunch. And then this afternoon at 215 during a busy Saturday afternoon. Zero plain pretzels with no time for the next batch.

Costumer service was great, the manager with red hair specifically was super helpful and welcoming. My food was fresh out of the oven and very good.

I don't normally do this but this was highly sad. As I was coming up to order I seen a male with blonde green hair , multple piercings and sagging with no mask. And not in uniform ! As I look over again You have a black young female in uniform standing their doing her job . and young lady with red hair and glasses at the back just laughing on the phone . I apoligze for the young man and woman doing they're job. as others walk inside with no mask,no uniform. nothing! I wont be coming back
