Had dinner here and the food was sub par so gave it a second try and it was worse. Burger was soooo salty. Over easy egg was a hard egg. Mushy buns. Just not impressed at all either visit.Update: 2 hours after eating I am now sick from the food. BEWARE

The manager at this location (Angel) needs a raise. She’s awesome, I ordered a late night dinner for my husband and myself. After picking up my order I realized that I had forgotten to order the chicken for our salads and without hesitation Angel sprung into actions to get us what we wanted. Her personality and customer service is unmatched. I love coming here the food is always good, always on time, the pickup window is so convenient and the Manager (Angel) is the best! I highly recommend eating here if you haven’t already, the truffle fry are so delicious!

Burgers were great, I may have over estimated my appetite, it was huge. Love the options. 3 stars for atmosphere because carpet in restaurants is nasty.

Table was dirty. Menus were filthy dirty. Bathroom smelt of weed. Silverware was dirty. Side plates for appetizers were dirty with food on them. Burger had a hair and 2 burgers were missing add on toppings. Ordered more drinks never came. Ate meal with nothing to drink. Fries oil needed to be changed. Soggy and nasty tasting. Server barely checked back and not sure if a manager was working. Probably won't be back.

Went there for dinner and the girl that was at the bar was also our waitress, greeted us and sat us. Good start. Ordered just one beer for my husband and she completely forgot about it. No big deal. Whatever. Then she was was too busy talking to the guys at the guys at the bar. Didn’t really check up on us and had to track her down for the check. So the service was ok. Probably wont come back ?

First time coming here, our server was amazing and the food was so good! The impossible burger was the best I’ve had anywhere. Absolutely delicious! You can even swap items on burgers instead of customizing the whole thing. Super awesome! 10/10Vegetarian options: Impossible burgers and black bean burgers available

First time at Bad Daddy's and it was amazing. Our table enjoyed the deep fried pickles, burgers, tots, chicken parm and an impossible burger. It was all good, even the service.We had a great afternoon!Vegetarian options: Impossible burger on the menu

I'm very disappointed in the service here. My husband ordered a burger and then the waitress proceeded to ask what side he wanted. He ordered onion rings and same thing for me I ordered French fries with my burger. Once we got the bill we were charged 5$ for each side that we thought came with our 16$ burger! The way the waitress asked what side we wanted sounded like it just came with the burger. Also my husbands burger came out so rare it looked like it didn't even touch the grill.

I placed my order through the Bad Daddy website, ordering the badass burger which features buttermilk fried bacon. Since Feb 2023 I have traveled to Fayetteville 4-5 times on vacation and I have given Bad Daddy Burger my business every time. I might not be a weekly customer but that's only because I am not from the area. I look forward to the Badass burger as soon as I know I'm visiting the area. When I placed my order and got back to my hotel to realize there was no buttermilk fried bacon on my sandwich I was devastated. I understand mistakes happen but I was not going to accept this loss. I called the restaurant to request a refund for my meal since the core ingredient of what I ordered was missing from my order. The manager immediately met me with hostility once I explained the situation and told me she would remove the cost of the missing bacon from my order but that was all. I explained to her I would have never ordered the meal without the bacon, asked her why wasn't the bacon on my sandwich, and reminded her that she is in the customer service industry and has an obligation to make it right. She begrudgingly and rudely told me she would refund my meal and it would process back to my card in 3-5 business days. She never expressed her apologies or condolences, she was so bitter and calloused in her tone, practically hanging up on me. If this is how a manager handles an issue, I can't trust this restaurant with my money. Guess I finally have an excuse to try the other restaurants in the area.Update: It's been 7 business days and the money has not been refunded. It's bad enough that my order was missing ingredients and that the manager I spoke to was rude and lacking customer service acumen, but she lied to me and I feel so deceived by this business. She stated to me that my meal would be refunded in 3-5 business days and to not have received the refund for my meal after 7 days shows me that she said whatever to end the initial conversation and had absolutely no intention of doing as she said. Even though my initial experience with this manager was so negative I still can't get over the fact she lied to me about my refund. If she didn't have any intention of processing my request after their error, she should have never said that she was going to. This manager is failing this business, her hostility and lies have made me feel extremely devalued as a customer and my interaction with her alone has destroyed my faith in this location.
