If u see it open call the police, those people are illegally working inside of that store and selling people garbage and stealing their money. The food I purchased today I wouldn’t feed it to my dog , that’s how disgusting it was. Normally I love the cream spinach however I was given cream collard greens instead and yes u heard me right cream collard greens. The sweet potatoes was mush with raw oat on top. The chicken dry dry dry . Stay away from this place, this is not authentic Boston Market

Put an order in prepaid 70.00 to drive 30 minutes and they did not have my order. They had no Mac and cheese, no gravy, which did not say sold out on menu. Waste of time! Wish I could leave no stars

The meatloaf was horrible and the sweet potatoes looked as if they were burned not the usual orange look. They didn't have any chicken. The change in the quality in the food the Broken booth and leaking roof made it clear the company doesn't care. Unfortunately ill be not returning.

I Ordered the Family (3) of the New Thai Sweet chicken to go but got a regular rotisserie chicken instead, the sweet potato Casserole was soupy and the cornbread hard as rock.It was totally disappointing to say the least. I called the store and the phone rang and rang then rang some more with no one responding. I even contacted the catering section who also tried calling the store with no answer. To pay over $30 for this regrettably poor excuse of take out is a crime. I don't mind paying that price if it would've been edible but sadly it wasn't then to make matters worse nobody answers the phone to even take accountability.
Our visit was horrible. My husband and I bought 5 rotisserie chicken plates. First off, they barely had any sides. The spinach weren’t creamed, just plain unseasoned spinach. The yams were clumps of sweet potatoes without any sugar. But what we didn’t realize was that the chicken wasn’t completely cooked. We had to put our chicken back in the air fryer but even after that the chicken looked old. We ended up throwing our plates in the trash. Disgusting. Boston Market has lost our business forever.

If you pass this place you will assume it is closed down. They do not take any care of their building, or the grass. The inside is no better. They have a 91 sanitation grade. You have to actively try to be dirty to have that kind of score. Everyone working inside looks like they just hit a pipe or were hit with a pipe. Of all the choices around here.. avoid this one.

So where do I begin. Last week 4-21-23 we had a BOGO coupon for Boston market so we decided to stop by for lunch. Lady ask us what do we want so ordered 1/4 white then she proceeds to tell us it will be 21 minutes before the chicken is ready. OMG so I ordered turkey because I didnt have 20 mins to wait on it. Today 5-3-23 we had another BOGO so we decided to try it again and it was NOT worth the time it took to walk in this place. They did have chicken this time but it was DRY AS A CRACKER. The corn was bland and had the taste of a piece of cardboard so I replaced it with mac n cheese and it did have a lil bit of flavor thanks to the cheese sauce. The mashed potatoes n gravy was about the same as corn except the gravy had a lil bit of flavor .The corn bread was cold and dry and had no flavor at all.. Had no sweet tea. Had no lemonade only soda to drink.. I WILL NOT BE EATING AT BOSTON MARKET EVER .. IF THEY DONT WORK ON THEIR FOOD IT WONT BE LONG THE DOORS WILL BE CLOSED FOR GOOD...

I went to Boston market yesterday after I had not been in a while and discovered the quality of the food has went downhill I got 1/4 white chicken it was not seasoned at all and wasn’t cooked all the way through the sides in the case looked horrible to begin with I got what usually is my favorite the sweet potato casserole it was very lumpy and stringy and you could definitely tell they put no sugar molasses nutmeg or cinnamon in it and the mashed potatoes were so dry and old tasting I ended up throwing my whole plate in the trash because I live so far from Boston market this was a complete waste of my money.

Terrible how do you go to Boston Market and they are out of chicken lol so ok got the ribs plate cost $18 and it was terrible never again the stuffing looked like to was a week old and the corn bread was dry cold and definitely old…they need new management or shut this place down You were taking up prime real estate on Skibo Road…
